Took care of Spike, very thoughtful, gentle and considerate. Took time to explain to me what may have happened and what to watch out for.
Plus you reached out the next day after our visit to check up on him to see if he was ok.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate going to a vet that feels like a doctor's office and not like a sales center. I've had issues with another vet in the area focused on selling treatment plans and testing unrelated to the dogs needs. All of the staff I met was caring and understanding.

Been going to BRC for too many years to remember. They have seen my cats, my rabbits, and now my dogs. Their team is great from the front desk, the vet techs, and all the doctors on staff! My guys LOVE going to see them all! They whine with excitement when we pull into the parking lot....can't say that about a lot of vets!

I love Burr Ridge Veterinary Clinic. I have been taking my little ones here for at least 30 years. Dr Palmer is so caring. All the doctors, techs and staff are absolutely Wonderful! 5/31/24
Since the mid 90's I have taken all my little fur babies to see Dr Palmer. Over the years I have also had the pleasure to visit with the other doctors on staff.
