“I had a very positive experience today at BatteriesPlus in Glen Ellyn. I was desperate for an iPhone battery. The Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and an impressive array of many other types of batteries. When I called at 5:00 pm to check on the battery, I learned that Glen Ellyn store had the battery I needed and their store manger, Jeremiah, promised they would install the battery as soon as I could arrive. He even offered to stay late to complete the job if needed. I am completely impressed with this store, and especially the amazing staff at the Glen Ellyn location. Highly recommend…!!!”
“Very friendly and helpful store staff. I was genuinely happy leaving the store after my purchase. The store associate helped me load the battery into the trunk of my car as it was very heavy, he made sure that the batteries I ordered in other stores (very unusual and expensive batteries) will be waiting for me and ready for pickup. My motorcycle died on me today and I had to walk to the parts store so I made the mistake of trying the competitor across the street- long story short, big mistake and they couldn’t even help me cross reference a battery (turns out they had the right battery in stock too, they just didn’t know it).
As soon as I realized O’Reilly was across the street I stopped in. George (he mentioned he normally works at a different location) was amazing. He was friendly, eager to help, he knew is stuff and he found my battery in 2 minutes, even offered me a ride if I needed help. Battery was the perfect match and when I returned the core I could tell they were so happy to have gotten me going.
It’s rare to experience this type of quality customer service anywhere in 2024 and I hope somebody hooks George up with a raise or promotion or something. He’s a real one!”

“I know nothing about cars. I left the side door open on my 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan and ran the battery down. Easy fix for most people, but we just moved here and don't know any handy neighbors, so was left to figure it out myself. Went to the closest chain auto parts store near me and was offered a charger that had a motorcycle on the box. Associate was not sure it would work on a car, so I left and thankfully the SECOND closest auto parts store is O'Reilly and Mike helped me pick out just the right charger and took his time explaining how to use it. Great customer service!”
