No service in store for new customers!! Referred to online where was very difficult to change providers.The phone numbers came with the device and was a huge hassle to have them swooped.On the plus side upgrades were cheaper and trade in better.No free Netflix with basic plan and is slow at times.The iPhone case did not protect the glass made back of the device!!!do not buy this case model.

I went into this AT&T location to get help setting up service on my daughter’s tablet. Josh was really helpful and very friendly. Anytime I need help with my account I will be coming to this location. They are really great!

This store sold me the wrong cell phone as part of a Christmas promotion to get a “free” iPhone. They told me to come in and exchange the phone so that they can rectify their mistake after I noticed a charge on my phone bill for the phone. When I left the store after the exchange, they told me not to worry that the promotion was now in effect and they’d credit me for what I paid. They lied to me and after review of my phone bill, they have been charging me $25 for this “free” phone for the past 2 years. Neither AT&T nor the store is willing to give me the credit for the $600 I’ve spent on a “free” phone and will continue to charge me. AT&T Loyalty and Darien store both said that this is not my fault and they made a mistake, but are not doing anything to fix it.
