The Danville Woodforest branch is one of the most best banks I ever been with bank with … they show nothing but love n support to all there customers… they make ppl feel at love from Alex n dre n even Keisha Cassie …. I love them all ….. we need more people like them at dis bank

The lady manager, there is a very loyal and friendly customer service agent. Every time I come there she is the only person I look for she solves the problem and healthy solutions.

The Woodforest bank in Danville Illinois is a joke the employees are rude can't even get money out because they can't open today because of no one showing they messed my account up by not putting my deposit in my account till 2days later

I've been banking with Woodforest for about a year now and haven't had any issues until somebody charged my card for 330 something dollars and when I reported it to Woodforest they did nothing about it, they did an investigation but after five or six days told me that I could conclusion of their investigation no actions are being taken at this time so basically I'm just out 330 something dollars they don't protect your account from scam whatsoever not to mention I took advantage of the overdraft capabilities during a tough week and was very careful of the amount I overdrafted but since some of the charges that were made to my card days before didn't actually go through until a week later they hit me with almost $150 in overdraft charges I would not recommend Woodforest to anybody else and I am considering switching banks because of the hassle I've dealt with just in the past two weeks up until that point though I had never had any complaints

2upon my requesting being there at the bank I'm there no longer than 2 to 3 minutes I love this bank I love the people that offer I mean the managers I love the people that are working in there they are so nice and comply to me they help you out in any way that they can they've been over backwards usually to help you out they hit you in like I said and they get you out

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but when western union service doesn’t work for two weeks and it’s essential during these times besides making money for your bank !? I can’t give more than one star, sorry.

Unlike other reviews, I had a very good experience with this bank when I opened a new checking account. There was a 10 day hold on my funds, but that's typical in the business. I was waited on by Allie and she understood the process completely, establishing the account in only a few minutes. I have no hesitation using or recommending this bank.

I was told i was signed up for estatements when i first open account. 2 months later I'm being charged fees for paper statements i never recieved. The girl who talked to me today kept saying i dont know what to tell you. Umm if you don't know what your doing get someone else.
