Took my car in about a week ago. Guy didn't even bother to drive my car for proper diagnostic. Asked me what noise I was hearing and said the only thing he saw that I needed was sway bar links. Left STILL not knowing why my car makes a grinding noise while braking and also found out that the other noise was shocks in the rear. Had he drove the car like he should have I would've known. Will not return, will not recommend. Had I been someone else I'm sure service would've been better. Spend your $66 diagnostic fee with another shop. UPDATE: in response to Wilson's comment, what I stated previously STILL STANDS. The work Wilson's claimed I needed done was performed and guess what, the problem was STILL there. Like I said, had the "mechanic" actually drove the vehicle for awhile then he would have heard the grinding noise while braking. Again, I won't return and will NEVER recommend.

In my opinion I was treated very unprofessional by this shop. In my opinion they put my self and my grandchildren in harms way by the mis truth the owner told me after working on my vehicle. He even sent pictures of my grandkids to the Attorney's Generals office in thier swimming suits to prove I took them on vacation. How does a grown man see its appropriate to do this kind of thing??

Outstanding!!!
We were out of town in a bind.They got us in quickly, fixed our problem and had us back on the road in no time. I was only charged a diagnosis fee.

I Always have my cars checked out and serviced by Wilsons recently I brought in a few cars from a dealership that I was thinking about buying, and they Looked them over and told me their honest opinion about whether the car was worth buying. They even showed me hidden problems in these vehicles! I’m so glad I have mechanics like Wilsons. They’ve always done me right! I will recommend them every time.

I visited because I was hearing a noise from the front end of my vehicle w/ every left turn. Called Wilson's and they were able to take a look within the hour. Master Mechanic Tommy Howard took it on a test drive, came back and diagnosed the problem right away-rubbing plastic in my front tire well. He got right to it, completing the work in a fraction of estimated time and for a reasonable price. The receptionist, Frankie was friendly and super helpful. They even went as far as sending me a card in the mail to personally thank me for my business. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in any small business. I would definitely recommend anyone consider Wilson's for their automotive needs!

I will take all my vehicles here from now on... My husband passed away 12/4/23 and I took his 97 Dodge ram truck here to get much needed repairs done and tommy is so nice and communicative, they are also very reasonable!!! Awesome job guys you're great and I really appreciate all the work u did for me!!!
