I had my car towed to Watson's on Thursday morning. I called ahead and told them about issues with my car, and they warned me that they had been understaffed all week, and might have trouble getting to my vehicle right away. I waited patiently until near the end of the day on Friday. The girl told me they just hadn't been able to get to it yet, and apologized, but it was looking like it would be Monday before they could. Resigned to being without my car until the next week, I was shocked to get a call 15 minutes later that they had pulled my car from the lot, determined that it was a quick fix, and 30 minutes later I had my car back. They didn't have to do it this way...It was past closing time. They could have easily left me hanging for the weekend without even an estimate so I would know how to budget, but they did not. This isn't the first time they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of...as long as I'm in Danville, Watson's will always have my business.

Watsons is a place where it seems like everyone knows Bob, the owner personally and have known him for years. That’s a good thing. Trust in the man who fixes your car to the point that you keep coming back.I live in Florida and Illinois and when I have a car problem in Illinois, he’s my go to shop. Always good work.
