Serious problem with a tire that came out of nowhere while driving to a VA appt. Immediate service and tire replacement were good. Safety 1st!

My tire picked up a piece of metal on the interstate. I changed to the donut and came into Watson General Tire for help. I am not from the area, so I had no idea where to go. Watson's was very quick and fixed my tire for cheap. Thanks!

We were on the highway with a blowout on our RV, second blowout of the day, tires looked brand new. RV is 2019. We drove in our car and finally found Watsons is was almost closing time and they took care of us. Let us stay in our RV on their lot and ordered our tires and they put them on in the morning. Great service

Once the work was actually started it took a little longer than average for a flat repair (in the past I've had it done in like 30 minutes - Discount Tire, Beaumont Alignment +) and the cost wasn't too bad. That's why this is getting 2 stars. Set up an appointment and if I hadn't gone up to see what was taking so long (45 mins at this point) I would have still been waiting - and - I had to ask twice. Plus they seemed really annoyed when I asked about it.

Great service, great tires, the cooper tires they suggested hooks really well in water and surprisingly good in snow.

Good service! Just a little slow. Other than that, the lady up front was helpful and very nice. She apologized for the inconvenience too. No big deal though.

I was passing through town and unfortunately got a flat tire as I pulled into my hotel. The next morning I called Watson General Tire, they had what I needed, I drove over on my spare, and I was out of there in 45 minutes with a new tire. What a wonderful experience. I can't recommend them enough.
