ALWAYS a very long line. Inside and drive-thru. Staff is over worked, and not very helpful due to high volume of patients ?. No concessions are made Inside for disabled or handicap. Only 3 chairs to sit, they are always occupied by "campers". I'm changing to CVS.

They need more staff in the Pharmacy department. Especially with the only Walgreens in our area. Takes 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Please get this fixed.

I called to ask about my prescription's out of pocket cost, and after being on hold for about 10 minutes I was simply hung up on without ever getting to speak with a human being.
