Called refill in on 2/13. They said it would be ready 2/14. Waited to pick up until 2/15 for good measure. Waited in line forever to be told it wasn’t ready. I live 30 min away… snowstorm the next day so returned on 2/18 during pharmacy hours to be greeted by this sign. They can’t even spell pharmacy???? I’ll have to attempt my 3rd hour round trip tomorrow as the prescription expires the next day and my doctor has since moved away! This is beyond unacceptable.

This is the absolute SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to! I don't think they realize that when we have to go days without our meds,we start to have very bad health issues They are playing around with our lives !!!

This Walgreens is the closest in-network pharmacy to me, when I started working from home, I transferred my prescriptions. They consistently don’t have them. I understand there is a nationwide shortage but the Walgreens in Rantoul accommodates. The last time I was in the store, two weeks ago, the manager was yelling at an employee at the checkout.

The worst and slowest ever.. they send you a message saying medicine ready after having to wait 30 minutes in line then say it's not ready..then the drive through is always closed ..ridiculous

I was having some major issues with this store/pharmacy which was really causing me to be stressed out which is not good cuz I already have high risk pregnancy but THANKS TO ENNIS!!! HE FIXED IT ALL AND WAS SO HELPFUL AND A COMPLETE GENTLEMAN!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN ! SINCERELY, Stacey W

I have been on hold for over 2 hours, been hung up on once and have been trying to get through for 4 days. Still no answer. I’m told I need to talk to a pharmacist (tech can’t help) but cannot. It’s like this EVERY MONTH! My insurance forces me to go to Walgreens otherwise I would not.

I called my local Walgreens was on hold for 28 minutes before I got to speak to anyone. Their app doesn't update when your prescriptions are ready. Is that automatic when they fill prescriptions or do the employees have to update it? My prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. My doctor prescribed meds on Jan 9 but they weren't ready until Jan 14. on Feb 4 I used the app to order 3 refills. The app stated later that day that 2 were done but 1 was under review. Review! It's a refill, not a new prescription. On Feb 7 the app still showed the 1 under review. I called Walgreens and that's when I was on hold for 28 minutes. When they did answer, I was told that the 1 was ready Feb. 5. I told her that the app still shows under review. I go there today, Feb 8 to pick up my prescriptions and I was told that they are ready, BUT they can't find two of the prescriptions and asked me to pull back around in the drive-thru. I left and will not go back and pick up my prescriptions. Walgreens is a JOKE!!!

Left walgreens 8 years ago, because they were so awful. Forced to go here now because all other pharmacies were out of a script.. ABSOLUTELY still the worst pharmacy by far. Took them 37 minutes to answer the phone last night, now another 49 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me the entire time. Now stuck In the drive through and cannot get out but have somewhere to be.

Terrible experiences (multiple) they refuse to answer the phone when you're checking on a refill, they will just hang up on you after waiting 1 hour 15 mins. The only way to talk to them is face to face and they'll tell you they haven't got your meds filled and to come inside and wait in line. I went inside and there's 20 people in line. I would rather spend the day at the DMV

I've been using this Walgreens pharmacy for years and they've always been nice and have my prescriptions ready in a timely manner.

This is absolutely the slowest and most intolerable walgreens I've been to, I went to get my covid vaccine but the lady at the counter had no idea how to put in my prescription and got moved to the back of the line. They are not contracted with Illinicare so be careful about that.
