AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! COMPLETE SCAM!! I purchased 2 phones and have a contract stating I owed $240 on each phone, which I immediately paid off. I checked twice after and both times was told I have a 0 balance. I switched to ATT And now I have a bill from Verizon for over $2000!!!! I spoke with Sara Paxton at the Danville, IL store and she said we had a 36-month contract that we pay down the phone every month, which is not true and no where stated in our contract. It sounds like I paid off the phones and now they want me to pay it off twice. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Amanda, the store associate this evening...She has amazing customer service skills..Was extremely patient with the amount of customers she had with just herself there! She was multi-tasking her tail off...Someone give this nice lady a raise, because I would have lost my marbles..What a fantastic employee!

I activated a new phone through Verizon online and the eSim didn’t come through. Took it here to get it started and they wanted to charge me a second activation fee. I had to drive to Champaign so they could wave a QR code in front of the phone. Just go to the real store. Better service, less time.

I would give a zero if allowed. It's been 4 weeks and I still don't have a usable phone. I have been on hold with verizon for over 14 hrs through 23 calls and have spent over 4 hrs in their store and the only thing I got was a bill that is twice what they said it would be. The "workers" of this store are completely incompetent and have no knowledge of what they are selling. They basically tell you what they want to get commission then once your out the door it's your problem. I'm contacting a lawyer on Monday.

Ebony was AMAZING! I came late in the evening which I felt horrible about, but she had a positive attitude and didn’t make me feel rushed. She fixed my problem and had me on my way in less than an hour! Great service
