Trying to come to term that a color, cut (bottom of neck length) style cost me $175. Seemed to be issues of appt date and time even after confirmed by phone. They had me down for 2 appts on the same day. Was on time for appt. They still thought I had cancelled? Then they texted me after I got there saying my appt was 30 minutes later?! My mistake on not asking for an estimated cost. Lilly did my hair. Was told the $175 was due to amount of color used on my hair?! Seemed like the same amount my usual stylist used ( she was out on medical issue). I expected to pay more than my normal $65. Even expected double. Not $175. Wondering if I'm being charged for the appt issue....truly not my fault. Respect the profession, always tip and typically even take my stylist supper. Amazed still given the option to tip?! Sorry, not after $175. I did thank them for being able to make a temporary appt. Ladies were pleasant. Would not go back, would not refer anyone.

If you have a long hair cat, shedding like crazy I highly recommend the pet spa. Worth every penny!

Went in for a color, I asked for a particular colour, thought we were on the same page as we discussed the colour at length however I left with a completely different colour. When I called to ask the owner if this be corrected, I received hostility and was basically informed that I was at fault. I found the owner to be unprofessional and immature. In addition, I witnessed a stylist pick up a brush from another station that had recently been used on a client and had not been sanitized, pull hair from it, throw the hair on the floor, take it over to her client, use the brush on that client and then set it down. It was not sterilized in any way prior to use on this client in between use. I do not recommend this salon. In addition, if you want an even and precise haircut, this is not the place for you.

I will never book here again! They literally booked me twice and canceled me both times I walked in for my appts! Do not go to Tessa!

Do not ever go here! They are so unprofessional especially Tessa. I called and made a appt and then she let me drive all the way to the salon just to tell me she is canceling my appt. I asked to speak with a manager and of course she says there's not manager today. They canceled on me twice waiting right until I showed up!

Reminds you of "Duke Cannon", very clean architecture and spotless. Certainly a nice spa close to home. Jesse did my cut and I am very happy with it. She did it exactly ? the way I wanted! Reasonable $$ for the mini spa treatment and cut.

I came here to clean up my bushy eyebrows. For a guy these trips can be awkward, but the staff were real nice and comforting. The shop’s interior is pretty impressive as well. 10/10 recommend.Services: Eyebrow beautification
