We had to put our 14 year old furbaby down. I can't remember the vets name, but she explained the process really good. We also had our 4 year old daughter with us and she did so good with helping her thought the process. I definitely recommend.

I’m grateful for the proper service and diagnosis I received from Stateline Hillcrest animal hospital to properly care for our fur baby! …. Honestly this was our second opinion… should have been our first and only! Hillcrest will receive all of our business! They saved our frenchie!!!! Move your pets care over to Hillcrest for any major illnesses they know what they are doing for your Money!

Took my pup there for his first grooming ever on a recommendation from the sister clinic we usually take him to. I was unsure how he would act because he hates when I brush him and he bares his teeth when he sees the brush although he has never bit—so I mentioned that to the sister clinic—and they said this other clinic (Hillcrest) does sedation (not many places offer this)if needed (it was not needed), when I brought him in, he was terrified but when I got back to pick him up, he had made friends with everyone and was very happy wagging his tail and cuddling up to the groomer.Everyone in the clinic is so nice,friendly and attentive! They were very sweet to my pup and it showed. Will definitely be taking him back 10/10 recommend

Never been here before, been taking all 5 mini frenchies to Fairchild Animal Hospital for wellness checkups and flea medicine or ear infections ( SMALL STUFF) & common stuff! I had a mini frenchie sicker than sick for almost 2 months paid lots of money for in depth search of what can be wrong with my dog !! Concluded she had an upper respiratory infection:::::::::: GOT A SECOND OPINION AT STATELINE & my dog was DIAGNOSED WITH A FUNGAL INFECTION !!!!!!! THANK YOU STATELINE HILLCREST FOR THE PROPER DIAGNOSIS AND CORRECT MEDICATION! You gave my fur baby a second chance at life!!!! I'll be taking all my dogs there for now on!!!!!

Not recommended, the tech was very nice, but the vet I am not sure was licensed or maybe just graduated. I should have driven my cat back to Indianapolis vet that is very good. The tech gave my cat the shots without the vet present which I think is illegal. My previous vet ,my cat hardly felt the shots, this time my poor cat was hurting. But I could tell the vet was not experienced or just lack knowledge. Stay away from this place.
