This was the only place willing to answer the phone on a Sunday during the holidays when I had been stranded roadside for hours in the cold. Offered incredible help and was able to get me from going nowhere to getting home hours away in the same evening through speedy diagnosis of the issue and installation of the fix.

Horrible experience. Back in December we went to get our oil changed. We brought out own oil and filter. They said they changed it, charged us, and we left. Then in April (we waited longer because of the oil that we bought) we brought it back to be changed again and they claimed that the last person who did the changed stripped the plug and that we would need a new $500 oil pan. When my husband tried to tell them that they were the last people who changed it, they denied it, even going so far as to remove the Clark's Garage sticker from our car's windshield and claim that an entirely different sticker from a different place was what they found in our car. We took the car to another mechanic who confirmed that this was a scam (replaced the oil and the plug for MUCH less than $500 dollars-we didn't need a new oil pan) and told us that the oil that had been in our car hadn't been changed in well over 6 months. In other words, they stole a bottle of oil from us, charged us for work that they didn't do, and then tried to scam us again after they damaged our car. Do not go here.

Charged me $25 for a turn signal bulb that costs less than $5 at Walmart. Even being a loyal customer, spending a lot of money on my vehicles there, wonder how many other times they ripped me off?!

Counter person - said he is with Jeff's daughter - was extremely rude. Won't be going back! Just stopped in for an oil change. Apparently they don't want business, from the way he implied. Very disappointed - but going across town for my changes from now on!

I would honestly give less than 1 I went to get an oil change (great price) asked if they would mind changing my turn signal (old car takes five minutes) and exchange a wiper blade I had the blades and bulbs the guy got mad and said I had to pay well no s*** I wasn't planning on you doing it out of the kindness of your heart. They get done with it very quickly I was excited I get in my car and they had charge me for both turn signals and only put in one bulb and so I called and told him he got rude with me and said if you're that worried about five dollars come and get it I was upset so I just said forget it and left it at that and then three weeks later my engine blows my oil filter wasn't put on correctly and popped off My husband called and told them that we lost all of our oil and it will filter wasn't put on correctly and we blew our engine the guy who was talking to him was not the owner instead will give you a new oil filter and was very rude and for people who put Jesus loves you on their Oil stickers I didn't find you to be very Christian like moral of the story do not get your oil changed at Clark's garage
