No issues with the car wash. They shut the vacuums off an hour before close; no sign posted.

My wife came in yesterday (6-19-23) and accidentally vacuumed her wedding ring in the vacuum. staff were very friendly and very understanding and went above and beyond to make sure she got her ring back! Thank you guys!Services: Polishing

Be nice if they would not allow people to bring buckets and detail their vehicles while others wait..super inconsiderate and rude to hand scrub your entire vehicle AND hand dry it inside the stall. Do that at home folks...c'mon!!

Responding to your “??” Per your employee yesterday morning, he said he called because he didn’t know what to do. He told me to change car wash port to try again but couldn’t give me refund.Poor service..I know it’s only a $1 but they didn’t offer to refund a dollar or put a dollar in when the self wash took my dollar. All I wanted was to quickly wash my car.

1st time coming here and not at all happy. We did the self serve wash & I was covered in pink soap on my arms, shoulders, legs & feet from the brush not being tightened enough. It's really a waste of money & time washing & rinsing in COLD water. I still have bug gut remnants on my car & finger print marks on my trunk, even after scrubbing & spraying the hose as close as possible.

Just terrible. I joined the monthly plan. Left soap and dirt all over my car. Went through a 2nd time and same thing. The vacuums were so under powered the couldn't pick up a grain of sand. I was told oh they're probably clogged. On another visit I tried the bays and could not get the brush to work but it still keeps charging you. This place needs some attention. Their prices aren't cheap for what you're getting either.
