Roy at Oil Changer S Gilbert helped me today and is the best each time I get my oil changed. I was going to try that place on Ross lane but they were closed. Well, Oil Changers S Gilbert will always be the place I go now they have the best customer service, hours and service. He checked the engine light and put my mind at ease, it was a sensor for exhaust.

I went to them today and was HIGHLY IMPRESSED with all of the technicians! Roy and Kaydence were awesome. They walked me through everything so I had no surprise and they did NOTHING to the car without permission. I'm definitely a returning customer. The customer service was excellent ?

Took my truck in to have it serviced on 8/15/24. I was very impressed with ALL of the technicians!! They were very knowledgeable, friendly and explained all aspects of the process. They were very thorough and the process was time friendly. Being a widow this especially meant a lot to me to understand exactly what was being done as my husband always took care of these things. Being able to sit in my vehicle while it was being done was also a great plus. I highly recommend this South Gilbert Street in Danville, IL location and I will continue to take my vehicles to them!! Gave them 5 out of 5 stars!!

We have used them multiple times now. Every time we go in, they are very kind and get us taken care of quickly. They are very helpful and answer any questions or concerns we have had. Definitely recommend!
