Horrible, poor attitudes, especially in the drive-thru. I would rather spend the extra time to go across town than return here. If you can't be professional, find a different career. I'm amazed at the people they choose to hire here.

Was going to use the drive through and scraped my wheels on curb, the lane is way to small. Did all that just to find out the ATM was closed.

The only Pro is free business checking. This bank is horrible! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced from any business. Everything is a complicated process that takes weeks to accomplish. Employees don't listen to the customer requests and simply provide what they choose. Voicemails left are not returned. No Saturday hours, not even drive thru. Drive thru will not accept more than $1.00 in coins when making a deposit due to no coin counter. It's a little scary tellers are not capable of counting change over $1.00. They will not provide a zipper bank bag to business accounts and won't open another banks zipper bank bag when happily provided by other banks. When requesting a handful of deposit slips they provide two.

I have a free checking account at Old National and have been very happy with it. The online bill pay feature is fantastic. You can send a payment to any biller or even private individuals. If the biller has an account set up with the bank, the payment will be auto debited. If the biller is a private individual, it will either mail them a check or set up an electronic transfer. It is super cool and easy to use. If you send 8-10 bills out per month, this feature will save you a lot of time and money.
