Very pleased with the unloading experience here at McLane Danville. Phone check in, then walk your BOLs to the guard shack. The guards were very pleasant and easy to deal with. Got assigned a door right away and then the lady in receiving was really nice, too. Capstone unloaded 8 pallets here off our truck and did a fast job of it. We arrived at 4:20 pm for a 6:00 appointment and were driving out the gate at 6:30. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional. Would deliver here again anytime.

This is my second time doing delivery for mcLane. First time in Missouri, and it was bad. Now here in Illinois, and it was 5 times worse than Missouri. I read reviews, and i was hoping they weren't true. But unfortunately, it is true. Look thru your BOL, and if you have mixed products, you will be there for 6+ hours. True to be told, i see truckes left after a few hours. So that might be you if you are lucky. My load was in perfect condition when i arrived at delivery. when i saw my BOL with different contents, i was guessing it would be forever. In the end, there were short few cases. But that is not a carrier problem. I come with seal attached to my door. Why does mclane keep us? Whatever shipper sent you is inside. Reciver needs to talk to brokers and let us go. I have been there for 11 hours. Long story short, bring food, bring patience.Lamper fees are ridiculous they almost make like us, which is not fair.Good things there is little truck stop next to it. It is not paved but still offers you quiet and free overnight parking

3 stars because everything is as it should be except- no overnight parking and they are slow unloading for whatever reason.19:00 appointment - received paperwork after unloading @ 01:30There is a flaw in their system somewhere.I believe it’s McClane not supervising Capstone.

Completed Offload 2 hours ago. Capstone had me pay them off about a half hour later. Now it is an hour and a half later and McLane still has not released me as they have not bothered to get the proper paperwork. I have walked up twice and been rejected. Nope nothing wrong with the load. I know as I climbed up in the back of the trailer to check when I got here.Just lazy workers that are skating their paychecks.

OTD but waited an hour for a dock. 5 hr unload for 6900 cs, not a surprise. PP lumper (Capstone) and parking 1/2 mi away at small TS. Could use a few smiles, they are inexpensive, but overall, not bad.

Super slow and unprofessional receiving team. Whether u are on time or not this place is a mess. 6 hrs to unload 7 pallets.

One pallet was unloaded in half an hour. Total 10 pallets 5 hours, plus an hour at the docks. Total 6 hours.

Easy in and out. Lots of place to wait. Capstone lumper service. They start receiving at 4pm. I had a delivery appointment for 4pm. They called me 3.30pm with a door. Started unloading at 4. Paid $420 lumper and finished unloading and got my bills 8pm. About 4 hours total.

Easy to get in and out but Don't plan to come here 1 day before your appointment, they will not take you. Other than that should be good. It took 4 h to get unloaded in my situation. I don't know if all the departments open at 4 pm , but frozen stuff - yes 4 pm it's when they open . Truck stop is half mile away.

If i could give them a ZERO, i would. My Rate Con said 730 pm Thursday the 10th. I was told my appointment had been on Wednesday and that they would not be able to fit me in. The broker informed me over 2 hours of debating and pleading with them that my new appointment is on Sunday. THIS FACILITY made this Error, nor my Broker. I went to a truck stop across from this facility, and i was informed by the clerk that i wasn't the only one, other Drivers had made the same claims. Even a clerk at the Pilot told me about this facilities Bad Reputation. I lost my load going to Florida, which would have paid me real well and my connecting load from Florida. This has cost me a financial disaster. I have delivered to different locations and NEVER had any problems. I DO NOT recommend this facility. They offer $20000 sign on bonus fir drivers.

I have LTL deliveries a couple of pallets. They put me on a waiting time for the 2 days. There's no absolute respect for the drivers. Stay away from this place!

So far top notch! I called when I was 2 hours out. And checked in. I was called while I was 40 miles from gate. To come up with bills. I said I would as soon as I arrived. He said fine! I got to gate and was given a door right then and I’m backed in and waiting!! My appointment was at 1800. We will see when they finish me!!
