No leaking from trailer prior to backing up,forced to sign BOL with damage on,supervisor unprofessional, doesn't want to be bother,trow me out,lumber 110 $ for 8 pallets, this company doesn't deserve not even a star,hope never do business with

3 stars because everything is as it should be except- no overnight parking and they are slow unloading for whatever reason.19:00 appointment - received paperwork after unloading @ 01:30There is a flaw in their system somewhere.I believe it’s McClane not supervising Capstone.

OTD but waited an hour for a dock. 5 hr unload for 6900 cs, not a surprise. PP lumper (Capstone) and parking 1/2 mi away at small TS. Could use a few smiles, they are inexpensive, but overall, not bad.
