“The Staff at Crosspoints are genuine and made me feel comfortable from my 1st visit. I've never felt rushed or like my questions are "trivial".....They treated me with kindness and respect which made it a lot more easy to open up and be honest about my concerns.I am greatful for this facility and the staff's kindness. Not all places in Danville will treat a person with mental and physical disabilities as reapectfully as Crosspoints does. (Whether you recieve Medicaid/ Medicare or Blue Cross Blue Shield!) ???????”
