Two years ago I had my catalytic converters replaced, even got a grant from the VFW to have the repairs taken care of. After the shop received their check from the VFW they proceeded to do the work. Unfortunately the work was not done, after the supposed repair I had another mechanic put the car back on the computer only to find out BOTH UPPER AND LOWER units were NOT actually replaced. I obviously called the shop and the Owner attempted to gaslight me, blantly lied to me, and pretty much refused to redo what was never done, THE ACTUAL WORK!!! Here I go again with the same issue, BTW if u are a Woman, a Minority, and apparently a Veteran (though I'm certain he services plenty) RETREAT, REGROUP, DONT GET YOUR WORK DONE HERE!!!!!!

As a woman, I'm always afraid to go into a garage. They could have easily sold me something that I didn't need and I wouldn't have known any different. Such an incredible shop, I will be going back when I actually need work done.
