This place was closed when I came but the door was still open. Jason and the secretary not only assisted me but stayed late to make sure the job was completed. I really appreciated them for finding the problem and making sure it was fine right. Thanks again guys.....

Took my vehicle in to have some computer work it came out worse than it went in. TRIED TO UPSELL MORE WORK THAT WAS NOT NEEDED. REFUSES TO FIX MY VEHICLE AND THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS BECAUSE I TOLD HIM I COULD DO HIS JOB BETTER. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

So I feel this place is racially biased due to their other reviews only being from people of color and African Americans I had some work done on my electrical system I got it back my vehicle was twice as bad as it was when it went in when I tried to get it fixed or remedied it was one excuse after the other why my car could not be reprogrammed every code that I'm getting back now after it leaving blues automotive is that there is a mismatched Vin on my PCM and tipm. They tried to upsell me on things that weren't wrong they told me I needed a steering column to fix some issues with my wipers headlights things of that nature and all it needed was a new fuse box. After telling him that I could do his job with the proper money and proper tools he then threatened to call the cops on me and had me banned from his property

Jason, the owner, is a great guy. Very knowledgeable, very fair pricing. The receptionist was also very helpful and very nice. Jason was able to track down a wiring problem I was having for about a year and a half and get it fixed in about 1/2 a day. Highly recommend Blues Automotive!

The owner came to get my car is where I live had it towed and he did not charge me storage fees and he even told him back here for like$35.... I would recommend him for anything....
