“These are good ppl. Had some work done by them. Honestly idk what happened. They put the lug nut on with an impact and it cross threaded or it was just wore out bc the lug nut stripped and the stud was jacked up while I was getting tires replaced. Idk. Not placing blame anywhere bc irdk how this incident happened. Anyways, it took like 25 mins just to get the one lug nut off. After I called them and explained what was happening they said $112 to fix it. I’ll be honest. I was a little upset about that. However, ten or so mins passes and they called me back and told me to bring it in and they’d fix the stud and the lug nut at no cost. And during times when finances are tough that was a nice blessing. So, if any of you from Blues reads this. Thank you. ?”

“This is definitely the place to take your unwanted scrap , I have been to Bryant’s 3 times now and they pay the best in the area but one thing that has impressed me the most is the quality of the help they have , everyone of the employees I have dealt with have been very helpful and friendly , usually the guys driving the equipment just set in the cabs and let u do all the work but not these guys they get out and help , first time I took a load through it was a bunch of miscellaneous car junk and I ended up with broken glass on my trailer but before I left the yard they took the time and cleaned my trailer , the office staff works very hard to make sure you get the most out of what your scrapping , they definitely have my business for sure”

“I had my car towed to Watson's on Thursday morning. I called ahead and told them about issues with my car, and they warned me that they had been understaffed all week, and might have trouble getting to my vehicle right away. I waited patiently until near the end of the day on Friday. The girl told me they just hadn't been able to get to it yet, and apologized, but it was looking like it would be Monday before they could. Resigned to being without my car until the next week, I was shocked to get a call 15 minutes later that they had pulled my car from the lot, determined that it was a quick fix, and 30 minutes later I had my car back. They didn't have to do it this way...It was past closing time. They could have easily left me hanging for the weekend without even an estimate so I would know how to budget, but they did not. This isn't the first time they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of...as long as I'm in Danville, Watson's will always have my business.”
