“I had my car towed to Watson's on Thursday morning. I called ahead and told them about issues with my car, and they warned me that they had been understaffed all week, and might have trouble getting to my vehicle right away. I waited patiently until near the end of the day on Friday. The girl told me they just hadn't been able to get to it yet, and apologized, but it was looking like it would be Monday before they could. Resigned to being without my car until the next week, I was shocked to get a call 15 minutes later that they had pulled my car from the lot, determined that it was a quick fix, and 30 minutes later I had my car back. They didn't have to do it this way...It was past closing time. They could have easily left me hanging for the weekend without even an estimate so I would know how to budget, but they did not. This isn't the first time they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of...as long as I'm in Danville, Watson's will always have my business.”

“This company is awesome they're human not p.o.s like Carnegie they are a great local place to go they did a job for us that Carnegie would of charged 10 times more for they were on the scene seriously quick the guy showed up jumped out assessed the situation got on his phone called another truck which was there in no time chains and cables hooked up they knew what they were doing and the bill was unbelievable they really are a local Company that serves they're community and they don't charge you a fortune and be heartless like Carnegie towing ......hands down great service they get 5 stars”

“Our car had a warning light come on during a road trip and we ended up here to have it diagnosed. Lars diagnosed it and told us we could make it home, no problem. Considering we were from out of town, he could have totally taken advantage of the situation and made up some crazy repair but he didn't. The diag charge was $50. Refreshingly honest and we deeply appreciated it!!”
