“Let's be honest. Gas prices, in general, are going to be pretty much the same everywhere you go in an area. The only things that set a gas station apart are their non-fuel offerings and their staff. You might save a penny a gallon by going to one gas station over another, but if that's your entire goal, you're not reading this review... You're probably busy warming up your ramen noodles. The FS in Minier is exactly what you'd expect from a small town gas station and convenience store. The building needs some repair, it's a little cramped, and it's chock full of enough sugary treats to give all 1,200 citizens of Minier diabetes. What sets the store apart is the staff, especially the weekday morning crew. Minier is an old German farming town populated with a notable number of (unsurprisingly) old German farmers. On any given morning, you're likely to see a steady stream of geriatric agriculturalists pouring in and out of the FS for their morning coffee and a few friendly words with the fine folks that work there. I've had that coffee, and I can say with some certainty that it's not why people go back every morning. They go to have their morning made just a little bit brighter by the excellent crew behind the counter.”

“I love the people at Casey's in Minier. They are very kind, I will go in and get things for my dad. He likes the Chicken salad, Cheese burger, a Is tenderloin, but he does really miss Casey's "bacon cheese burger pizza"”
“I have had them fix my car every time for about three years now. They always do a great job and give me a fair price. They are always friendly, too, and can get me in pretty easy every time. They always tell me if a repair is necessary or if it can wait or isn't important at all, even if it is a costly repair.”

“The only gas i ever get, I use my walmart giftcard to save my 3 cents...I dont knkw if that makes me cheap or smart haha. Either way I love my murphys. And i dont permote smoking because im currently quiting, but my parents always get the cartons of their ciggs from Murphys cuz they always have the cheapest.”

“I pulled into a nearby campground after a 5+ hr drive with my class C Motorhome. After I exited, I discovered to my dismay that my refrigerator cover had blown off in my travels today, leaving all sorts of wires exposed. With incoming weather, I was ready to panic. The CG recommended this business and I called and spoke with the owner. I sent him a picture of my issue. Within minutes he had fashioned a makeshift cover for me & headed out to put it on my rig. Above & Beyond service from Bill! His quick actions calmed my nerves! I can't thank him enough! I can complete my journey with no worries thanks to him! Definitely put your trust in his work!”
