I took my 8 year old bi racial son into the branch in Crystal Lake at 5:29 pm yesterday to make a deposit into his account of $61 in paper money and $8.32 in coin in which was all silver with the exception of two pennies and the teller informed him that she would only accept the paper money and not the coins, so my son refused to make any sort of deposit and left in sadness. My son faithfully makes deposits of this sort in which is always accepted by the day time clerk but not by this particular person. Might I add, we were the only customer there.

The woodforest branch in Crystal Lake Wal mart is great! The staff is friendly and helpful. The way banking used to be. Like a small town bank in the townsquare. Keep up the good work!

Diane Mueller is my go to girl she is the best she can get things done when I have an issue with my account I’ve called customer service they tell me they do things they never do I come to the branch to sign the paperwork and it’s never done. Diane gets things done. She is awesome. She’s an asset to the company she deserves a raise she His perfect customer service skills, perfect knowledge of banking industry, and she actually gets things done

Terrible banking staff. DIANE specifically very condescending and rude, talks down to you and unprofessional. NO BRANCH MANAGER FOR OVER 6 MONTHS and they call other locations for a managers advice

This bank is the biggest scam ever the staff is not blame but the owner of the bank is must be ashamed of him self giving this hard time to their customers and they always find a way to charge for something I am a truck driver my job has more than 10 days my job been trying to send me money through Zelle and they tried it through cash app but the bank is not approving the transaction and they tried it many time through the ACH but still nothing only one transaction worked after 10 days in the 10 days IRS took money out of my account the bank put account in negative so they can charge me overdraft fees I told them to allow my company,s transfer happen so I don’t need to pay the overdraft fees finally I came to my company office they gave me a check I went there to deposit it they said it will take at least 7 days for the check to process I searched the ceo of this bank on tweeter so I can right him all of this but he dosent have any tweeter account because he knows that he is scamming his customers and mentally keeping them like inmates may God gives cancer to all of the family of the Woodforest national bank CEO please everybody say Ameen

This place seems like a scam. Seriously check out the fees before banking here. Feels like they go after Walmart employees specifically and charge them high fees to bank there. There's a Chase and Bank of America down the street. Much better options.
