My husband took my daughter to get a hair cut. All it was asked was to cut about two/three inches straight. She had long hair and been wanting to go short for summer. She came back home and her hair looked like it was cut by a person with 0 experience. Her hair had different length all over. I could not believe it. I took her the next day(place was closed when I got home from work and saw her hair) and asked to speak with a manager to explain the situation and for her to see herself what it was done by one of her “experience” employees. When employee comes and looks at my daughters hair and start sayin that that’s not her work, that she didn’t leave the hair like that. That she showed my husband the hair cut the day before and he said it was ok. First of all do you think I’ll take the time to massed up my daughters hair and have the guts to go and complain? For what? It makes no sense, and secondly her hair was left wet until she arrived home and started to somewhat dry and the bad job was so notorious. All it was needed an apology and be honest, have the courage to admit that you are new, that yes you did the bad job because you are just starting and that you’ll ask someone else to fixed it for you. Don’t act stupid and try to blame your costumer for your own job. Go back to cosmetology school and get yourself re train before you damage someone else hair. Never coming back to this place. When you try to give small Hispanics business a chance this is what you get. No thank you!Service: Kids' cuts

The place is very clean, the stylist is fast and very professional, there are 2 guys specialized in haircuts for men, they accept cards and cash, the service is very fast and friendly, definitely 5 stars

Been here before and loved the hair cut... Today I had 3 appointments 1 for myself and 2 for my daughter's. We we're here on time at 4pm and she took another client right in front of me didn't acknowledge me or ask me to wait. So finally I went to the man who helped me make my appointment he told me either wait or I can't come back later.... what kind of customer service is this? I will never be back!

I only go here for my nails as June is literally the best. But this place is not clean, the hair/barber staff are never there in the morning when the salon opens up yet they have a walk ins welcome sign up so if you come in before 11am, don’t expect service. The bathroom is never has a working toilet, paper towels, or soap at the same time and it’s clear they don’t clean regularly. Throughout covid and even now, when all of Illinois has the inside mask mandate, they don’t follow it. They have a sign on the door “no mask no service,” but I was in there the other day and every single barber and customer didn’t wear a mask the entire time. They clearly don’t care of the law or the safety of themselves or of their customers. If it wasn’t for their amazing nail tech June, I would never step food in this place.

We were told that she \\\"decided to squeeze someone in\\\" and that \\\"we could wait but if we left they could not hold her appointment.\\\" The one they just gave away right in front of us...
