Management is horrible, packages constantly getting sent back to the sender, can’t believe usps can’t read and clearly see it’s my name and give me a call or heads up, almost all the packages have the correct unit number yet still get sent back. Do better, other reviews have said the same.

Awful customer service , extremely rude , they don’t like do their jobs , and return the packages to the sender several times , cause they just don’t like to do their job .

Post office allows the insideshoper to be mailed lose advertising and shoved into the mail box. I've attempted over 10 times to cancel delivery however that doesn't work? I asked a Post Office employee if I could mail loose individual papers. That isn't allowed he replied.
