Over the past 5-6 years, I have visited this UPS store 7 to 9 times per month. The majority of the time, I just make a few self-serve photocopies, but I have also sent a few packages. This store is always busy. Rarely do I visit and there are not two or three people entering as I enter. Customers are handled efficiently and with courtesy. I would recommend this store to anyone!!!!

Great shop, I can always trust the staff to handle my shipping needs and stationary as well. The young guys behind the counter are friendly, warm and knowledgeable and the owner is a great guy.

I have visited this store over the last several months and everyone has been helpful and friendly. Today there were 10 people out the door, but the employees were friendly and efficient. I will continue to visit this location over others for the customer service.

My family drives farther to go to this UPS because the employees are so knowledgeable and friendly! Their store dog is the highlight of my kid's errand run every time. I'll always drive the extra ten minutes to go here because it's a staple shop for our family.

I have been to this store quite a few times. The store is very messy. Today I had the worst experience yet. I have an e-commerce business which requires trips to UPS 3-5 times a week. I waited in line to have my prepaid package scanned in (usually there is a designated area for prepaid packages because they’re quick drop offs, well not here). Two women came up as an older gentleman was scanning my package and dropped off their packages because they had prepaid labels on them. Well this older gentleman grabbed one package at a time, he threw one package off to the side and the other he threw on the floor behind him. Once he scanned my package, he simply grabbed it by the corner of the bag and threw it on the floor behind him. I understand that packages get tossed around all the time. BUT to purposely throw packages on the floor, it’s just unprofessional. He didn’t even scan the packages given to him by the two women who came up to the register to drop them off. No wonder there are so many bad reviews about people losing their packages and their items being destroyed. If you care about the items you’re shipping out, this is not the store to visit.

They never shipped my item until I called asking why it was never sent, and when I asked for a refund I got swore at by the manager and told to contact a bank. It’s been a 11 days and my friend still hasn’t gotten the package. They are a franchise not a legit ups. Horrible customer service I’ll never use this store

This location continues to suck. Went to send something today using a UPS account number for a company I do business with and was told I have to go to Palatine because they can't ship something using a UPS number. They would have to log out their bosses account on the system and log back in. What??? Isn't this the UPS STORE? And why is that my problem? So, now I (your customer) have to drive 30 minutes to Palatine so your boss isn't inconvenienced? EVERYTIME I try this location I have a problem. They need to take some lessons from the McHenry location which is amazing and has great customer service.
