Definitely noooo stars!! Will not be visiting this T.J. Maxx location anymore. I was at the register with my mom and the cashier asked if my mom wanted to apply for their credit card and my mom said no thank you. And she said "Oh it looks like she doesn't have a social or green card either way" VERY RACIST! And on top of that the bathrooms are always very disgusting, they never clean them. It's GROSS!

The store is run by a l***** Worst selection of everything plus overpriced. I haven't found anything good at this location for three straight years. Junk is in sold here. Even most horrible clothes that is on clearance rack still priced like gold.

I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .

Prices are reasonable. Pretty good selection of clothes and other stuff. Staff is Friendly and will help you if needed. Check out is pretty quick.

I travel out to this TJ Maxx from Bull Valley/Woodstock area and it's always great and worth the trip! Came out to grab a few self-care/splurge items for my kids for Valentine's Day, and as the rule goes, found a bunch of great deals and bought a few additional pieces for my home office, since I'm now working full remote. Thank you Ana for being such a delight at checkout. Haven't experienced customer service this great in such a long time.
