Very limited variety of purses, bags.
It used to be my store of choice, but not anymore.
Poor quality of clothes also,even though seams to be a lot of it in the store .
Overall, this store has changed for worse.

Definitely noooo stars!! Will not be visiting this T.J. Maxx location anymore. I was at the register with my mom and the cashier asked if my mom wanted to apply for their credit card and my mom said no thank you. And she said "Oh it looks like she doesn't have a social or green card either way" VERY RACIST! And on top of that the bathrooms are always very disgusting, they never clean them. It's GROSS!

The store is run by a l***** Worst selection of everything plus overpriced. I haven't found anything good at this location for three straight years. Junk is in sold here. Even most horrible clothes that is on clearance rack still priced like gold.

I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .
