We love fresh market all the wonderful bakery products and the specials when your a member of the Ultimate Loyalty! Plus on your birthday they give you a nice piece of birthday cake and they would probably sing to you if you asked!❤️

Wanted to share what my experience was with this store and encourage the management to think seriously about refreshing some skills on their employees...
First I had a male deli employee come from behind and slam into me because he was rushing to cut in front of me to get to wherever he was trying to go. Then when I went to look at the crackers, another employee was stocking miscellaneous items, and clearly knew I couldn't get to the crackers because he had a cart there, but he glanced my way and tried to ignore that he was blocking the items and said nothing.. When I went to check out, a manager and employee squeezed behind me to do something and it was very uncomfortable. I truly think this store is grossly lacking in kindness and care of it's customers and I will no longer patronize Fresh Market.

I keep attempting to like this place, people that go here regularly seem to love it but I’m at no less than 5 sour experiences where I just cannot get on board. First, their promotional signage I think is a scam. Three times now I’ve put things in my cart because the sign says it’s on sale only to find it’s not. But it seems scammy because unlike most grocery store, you can’t see thing being rung up or their price as the cashier goes. Fortunately I stop and ask, and never is the price adjusted, just a “sorry it’s not ringing up as on sale” so now I question if this is an intentional tactic. Everything is so inflated in price. I can buy a lot of the stuff at Trader Joe’s or the grove at a significant discount. Lots of staff, all friendly, just not a place for anyone with any sort of grocery budget. Only good for odd niche things you can’t find anywhere else.

Store employees are helpful. Their Buffalo chicken salad and Italian cookies are delicious. They have great and healthy options. The store isn't too big or too small. I love that they have the smaller carts available. Their avacado grain bread is amazing. I only wish we had one closer.

I hope this store stays around for a long time. Love the atmosphere. It's not so bright like the other grocery stores. And they offer really good and different things..

Quality of food and environment is great, frequently find myself here with the amount of options and great things here. Would have given more stars but my mother was mistreated by an employee Trevor who she told me was very rude, handling groceries aggressively with an attitude and a product he spilled by accident he told my mother to go get a new one herself and didn’t even apologize. Disappointed to hear of such treatment on the behalf of the staffers and it certainly took my rating down even if the food is good.

We just tried the Lamb Herb Gremolata Market Meal, and it was fantastic!! The lamb was an excellent cut, the gnocchi’s were a perfect complement and the sauce was wonderful!! It is clearly our new favorite, so please continue to stock it well past Easter!!Thank you!Suzanne N.Crystal Lake, IL

you just lost me with the whole bag thing i go to your store probably 5 days a week at least, but will not pay for bags and should not have to bring one there I live in woodstock and refuse to shop there also for the same reason

John in meats in is a pleasant person and very helpful. Gina in the deli is extremely personable and pleasant. You have a great staff in this store! I enjoy shopping at this store.
