We had a special need. My friend is in a wheelchair and I was in a boot after surgery. I couldn't push her wheelchair. The cart person was so kind and brought us the scooter. He followed us out afterward, loaded our purchases and took the scooter back without even asking. What a fine young man! I didn't catch his name but really wish I had.

Somehow I needed apporval to buy toothpicks, great seeing the employees standing next to me talking instead of helping out. Not to mention the 3 different ones that walked around corners directly into my wife and I with their heads buried in their phones. Get it together!

Best pharmacy out of any Target location I’ve been to. Spoke with two very kind women at the CVS window yesterday that answered all of my questions and were so polite. Switching everything over to make this my primary pharmacy!

This store is TERRIBLE and the workers are SO RUDE!! I asked where the toiletries were and they said they didn’t know???? Two boys were running up and down the hall and committing inappropriate acts to the manaquins. I was shocked to see the workers do NOTHING!!!!!?

I love Target I buy everything from Target twice a week. The drive up is convenient and professional. Great quality and freshness!! Great customer service ? Allways friendly!! I have used the delivery service many times and it's great too!! The Target circle is one of my favorite ?. Love ❤️ Target

I value Target's service and the differences as they apply to me and my products. The product differences help me to feel welcome and that you value me as a customer. Being a black (baby boomer)male, this has not always been the case; therefore, I'm appreciative when the services provide respect.
Additionally, when I find products produced by different cultures and races, I feel valued and "see" me. These areas are a big issue for people of color, whom most vendors look over, but it is critical since the economy's purchasing power has changed and is now more diverse. The variation of vendors and products I see in Target represents the world and shows that it values others who look different.

They have an extremely small section for plus sized clothing. No pajamas, no seasonal& noAthletic wear.

Typically, my visits to Target are positive with friendly and helpful staff. However, two weeks ago, I didn’t have the best experience when I attempted to use the bathroom and encountered wet floor signs. A worker rudely yelled at me that it was closed in front of the whole store, and then criticized my attempt to access it to a customer while checking out the customer. Overall, I'd still consider it a good store, and I generally find the employees to be friendly. Despite the recent incident, my overall experiences at Target have been positive.

Let me tell you about Mrs Robin... she is PHENOMENAL. This morning was the Stanley cup release and Robin held us down in the most professional way ever. She ensured the lined was well aware of the wait and inventory available at Starbucks this morning. She was so polite and welcoming it was worth the wait in the cold for the cup. Thank you Robin!!!! Your amazing

GIRL, I’ve never been happier with service. Robin was AMAZING coordinating the Stanley x Starbucks cup release. She was wonderful letting people know what was going on and helping with questions. 10/10 for Robin!
