Ryan C. went above and beyond in helping me with my IPhone. This past Friday, Feb 2nd, my phone "partially" froze ( calls were coming in, but my ability to answer was compromised) and while i was attempting to reset the Iphone it went into emergency mode and started texting all my contacts stating I needed assistance plus was auto dialing 911. No matter what I did I could not restart it. My phone was blowing up with calls that I couldn't answer. I panicked. I went directly to your t Mobile store in Crystal Lake hoping you could help. Ryan C was on duty. He showed me an emergency move to restart my phone that he emphasized should only be used sparingly. It worked!!! Ryan C ..Employee of the month!!! Plus he suggested a better screen protector to enhance the images on my phone !!!! I bought it.. huge improvement!!! Thanks Ryan C!!

Michael The SusBus Susner is literally the best employe tmobile has, my guess is he runs this joint because of how knowledgeable he is! T-mobile if Michael isn’t running this store he SHOULD BE! I came in disgruntled and rude and he was able to turn my frown upside down with all his helpful suggestions! He helped me get into a new phone and new tablet for my kids birthday and decked us out with the best accessories to keep our devices safe! I love this store i’ve been coming to them for help with my account since this location opened! If you want it down right Crystal Lake tmobile is the place for you!

Melanie was awesome she helped me with my son’s phone apparently he was getting into some dirty nasty websites and she helped clear everything out! She’s awesome and saved me 830 bucks that ATT was trying to charge me to get a whole new “upgrade” which doesn’t mean anything it just means your contract term is up and you can get another phone. ATT UPGRADES ARENT REAL VISIT MEL SHE ROCKS Mel is kind and funny!!

This has got to be the worst store I have ever been to. The attitude from the employees was appalling. The employee who attempted to help was not knowledgeable and withheld information when discussing an upgrade. Do not go to this store.

I thought my phone screen was cracked so I went in for a new phone. I was quickly ushered out the door when they found out my phone screen was cracked didn’t look at it didn’t hold it didn’t ask me any questions so I left and then I went to Verizon, they picked up my phone looked at it took the cover off only the cover was cracked. I had a perfect phone which I traded in for a brand new phone for free shame on your T-Mobile. I’ve been with you for 15 years.

Walked into store, both employees were with other customers however neither greeted or acknowledged that I had come into the store. One employee was actively helping a customer however the other lady was just sitting at a table transferring a phone, she looked at me many times but apparently couldn’t say hi. After 20 minutes of this game, I left.

My husband is 76 years. He went into T Mobil this morning to buy me a new IPad. Michael Susner helped him select one. He helped John with the set up. This took much time and patience. Michael treated him with respect. So often as you get older people will help you in such a manner to make you feel less than intelligent. Michael is a wonderful representative for your company. If you need someone to do training he would be an excellent choice. I mentioned this to Daniel Prochraska but wanted to also pass it on to you. Daniel also is friendly and makes a customer feel valued.

We went to tmobile on crystal lake after not getting help in rolling meadows. Melanie was awesome she spent the time With me and my 83 year old mother to help simplify her new phone...thanks Melanie your awesome ?

Daniel gave very caring and candid advice after listening to me and my concerns. I never leave reviews, but I really need to acknowledge great service when I experience it as it seems to be a lost art these days. You are a better business with Daniel working there.

Well... Let me put it this way. Are you tired of being jacked by your cable company (Surprise Billing, Contracts, Leasing Equip., Speed throttling, data caps? The game is over! Run a speed test on your current provider before you do this... Record the findings. Then, run a 14-day trial run with T-Mobile 5G Home Internet. Run a speed test. Very Impressive. Big difference. Faster speed, No overages, data caps or throttling. Just a simple little cube. Easy set up. For $50.00 a month including the cube, and that price is locked in FOREVER as long as you stay their customer. I'm sold. Bye old cable. Your history! I'm a streamer and a gamer... High data demand and usage. And... I hate that buffer wheel that spins on my screen. After running 14 days TV streaming 24/7 along with gaming and computer usage and VOIP home phones constantly being used. It's a winner ?! A Triple AAA+ 5 Star ⭐ product. I barely see a wheel or lag happening anymore. And, I was paying how much through the cable company? It's a no brainier. Hardwired land line, underground cables, bulky equipment... 20+ years - old school. Landfill of old equipment. Simplified, into a small powerful cube at a very very affordable rate for all... And no surprises... Ever! Way to go! Cable bill no more! Great job guys. Helpful staff, product knowledgeable, answered any and all questions I could throw at them. Customer service helped me on meshing advice for extending my range and older devices. I just can't praise this review hard enough. It's one of my best, if not the best review of discoveries that holds true, and is a superb value. It's Awesome ???
