Decent product but credit card only gets you a few minutes at a time. The point of the card is to keep going and hit stop when finished. Had to swipe 3 separate times to complete a wash. Not setup properly.

Better off investing in a pressure washerDon't get me wrong, the service was great (I did the self wash) but for the price, I think that if you was your car around once a month, you're better off just buying a pressure washer and doing it at home. for 1.25/hr, it just isn't worth it

This wash in Crystal Lake on Berkshire Drive sucks!It was my favorite automatic car wash.Now, the wash used to last 3 minutes with a blow dry.Now it last about a minute, with no dry.I said my last good bye to this place.
