Worst place to work at u have to basically take ur clothes off just to go throw metal detectors who wanna take off steel toe boots just to go throw metal detectors got fired cause I refused to take my boots off just to go to my car no stars

Do not buy tools from Ryan the driver who works the Mundelein area. If u buy anything pay it off right away. Don't not trust them with ur card info.

My son purchased a coat for me threw one of there trucks and the coat snaps broke the same day he received it. The company has done nothing but push excuses around and has pushed off helping us for 2 weeks now. I do not recommend purchasing anything from the clothing wise as they do not seem to care about the quality of the items they sell.

Awesome customer service. I’ve have Snap-On Tools that are 85-90 years old and I sent them an email and they requested pictures of the broken/worn item. I sent them the information they requested and I got a replacement in 7-10 days every time.When I sent the a picture of a broken 1/2” ratchet they ask if I got it a garage sale I said no. They stated that if I did it wasn’t guaranteed for life. I’ve never bought tools fro a garage sale. They asked me to sent the ratchet to them for repair and they sent me a shipping label for UPS.
