I went to Sephora to get color matched for foundation and concealer. The two young ladies working were more than helpful and they above and beyond. I wish I got their names. I will be a returning customer!

I don't rly buy nice makeup but I went in here and the girl with pink hair helped me. Wish I asked her name! I got the rare beauty concealer and it's the best concealer I've ever used in my life. Thanks pink hair girl

I Tried to return a purchase from Sephora with a Sephora receipt and they would NOT take the return. It was clearly their products and they even acknowledged it. The return policy should be CLEARLY stated on the receipts. AFTER HUNTING through their SITE and through countless "IF Buts"!!!!!!!! The CORPORATE policy states that you can return products within 60 days of purchase for any reason. It DOES NOT STIPULATE YOU MUST FIND a SEPHORA INDEPENDENT STORE OF KOHL's. It simply states you should return items purchased in KoHL's to a KoHl's--> not the OPPOSITE. It is left up to arbitrary interpretation and NOT CLEARLY STATED. Here is a clue-->>If you buy from a Sephora independent store it must be return to an independent store--PUT IT on the Receipts and under the KOHLS SECTIONS TOOO. Called corporate and they said, "Hmmm we CoULd consider updating it on our website". This is clearly violating the trust of the customer and consumer rights, not to mention driving all around town. :(
