This store used to be so good! I would consistently find really cool vintage items & antiques along with NWT items at reasonable thrift store prices…. HOWEVER I stopped shopping here once I noticed something consistently occurring. The area that used to be dressing rooms is now allocated as a sort of storage area for incoming donations from the drive thru, with that said there is a male employee running that department & he literally saves incoming donations for an Ebayer (I’m not naming names but y’all know who you are) that he deems fabulous & only for that particular person. Savers used to quickly price & put donations on the floor for sale first come first served but not since this man took over. I just want to point out this is not an exaggerated review I have witnessed this several times & this particular Ebayer is there everyday. Not to mention what they do have on the floor is so overpriced for dirty, broken, ripped & torn items that I just have no desire to waste my time looking for treasures here. I hope management sees this because I’m not alone with my experience.

It's truly amazing that this store is still in business.Was just at this location today and here is a quick look at the ridiculous prices they charge.• Action figure - ($8 - USED)• Plastic tip darts 6 darts - ($10 / USED)• Vintage Camera that NOBODY buys or uses anymore - ($10 - USED)They have Disney Collectors plates for $50 for set of 4. On EBay you can get the same plates plus one extra (5 plates instead of 4) that sold for $36. That’s a $14 difference not including tax. Whom ever is in charge of determining prices for item should be demoted for not using their head.They overprice EVERYTHING, the store is always a total mess. Majority of the time it's the same merchandise week after week because they charge OUTRAGEOUS prices for 2nd hand stuff. Don't waste your time when you can get whatever you're looking for cheaper on EBay and save time and gas.

Heads up, no changing rooms and bring your own bags. Lots of inventory and friendly staff. Prices are a little high for used inventory.

Chris the Front End Supervisor is the most disrespectful, entitled, stubborn employee there. He would not own up to his mistake and would not allow me to purchase a set of 4 chairs today. He claimed that the chairs were already on hold for someone else named Graham. The lady that helped me out made a mistake and she admitted her mistake that she placed a previously made sticker on the chair while helping me. Another employee that was involved also owned up to the mistake and told me that I was able to purchase the chairs when I returned to pick up a table that I purchased two hours beforehand. As soon as I went up to pay Mr Chris very aggressively said “they are on hold for someone else” three times. After I had told him that I was JUST TOLD that I was able to purchase them because there was some sort of mistake. Chris should not be working in customer service at all with the tone of voice he has. He really tried to gaslight me into believing that another person bought the chairs. I told him to go get the girl that just told me i could purchase the chairs, he couldn’t find her, the lady that placed the stickers was explaining to him her mistake and he claimed and told her “we found the receipt of the purchase” When i asked to see the receipt of the chairs being purchased he said he could not show me because of personal information. I told him he could cover the “personal information” & just show me that the chairs were purchased. Little does he know I had taken a picture of the set of chairs and table about 10-15 BEFORE all of this happened. And there was no orange sticker with the name graham on it UNTIL the lady that helped me placed it by accident.I understand mistakes happen and I am glad that the two other employees were able to own up to it. But why could Chris not believe the people he works with and sell me the chairs ? If Chris were to show proof that the chairs were already paid for by someone else this would not have escalated so much.Look at the photo i took to send to my friend who i was buying this table and set of chairs for. there was no orange “sold” sticker. Chris is a liar and a gaslighter. don’t come here

Main office has to close this location for public and keep couple people only witch stay buy cart output and control all goods! Nobody else will get anything. All management know and talk ti them.So close store and keep this two for customers. Corruption everywhere!

Donation retail store. If you like second-hand shopping or thrifting, then this is a decent store. I always find something when I go here. Don't go thinking this is going to be a high-end store but you will find a bargain.

Unsafe place to shop. Thugs and criminals run the place. Looking to get hurt, threatened or harassed then this Savers is perfect. Management allows terrible dealers to harass other customers. Shop and donate elsewhere. Unless you want to support racism , harassment and abuse. Would never support this organization. Liars and theifs!

Honestly only giving two because the people were so nice!This place sucks, no fitting rooms and the return policy is only equal exchange. I was told a full return. I don't think I will ever come back. Why should I spend my hard earned money if I can't TRY ON things I'm thinking of buying. This is su h a stupid rule. This needs to change. Like I said the people were friendly and helpful but this company is a POS.

Used to enjoy store,but over the past year there is a $3500 per week EBay seller(Danny Ruiz)and a female friend (Lura)that has bullied people out of store and baited people and intimidated until they cower…Danny gets there before opening to be the first in the store and stays until they are done processing until 4…I see him charming management and processors on a regular basis,yet the processors don’t speak with anyone else…I have even seen him lurking around outside on Saturday and Sunday talking to the donate people making me think at $500 per day of eBay sales,he can surely afford tipping the low paid employees…Just looks fishy and unsafe with this pair bullying and confronting some of the other regular shoppers…I feel this store should be monitored a bit more to watch what’s going on…Not fun anymore

We've loved going to Savers for years, but now they have locks on the bathrooms which is just horrible!!! Heaven forbid you have an emergency!!! What gives you guys!!!!!!
