We have been taking our dog here for almost 10 years. The experience is always pleasant but this most recent visit (12/26/22) was the best one we had. We saw a new vet there, Dr. Achille, she was wonderful! She explained everything so that I could understand it and didn't make me feel judged for declining certain things. She made it so that I felt like a good dog mom. I will continue to visit this facility and recommend others do the same! I also hope this vet sticks around for awhile, she is fantastic! The ladies working the front desk were great too! They went above and beyond so that I felt taken care of and even highlighted the follow up appointment so I could easily find it. I appreciate the extra step!

Have been coming here with my dog for 8 years. It’s a bit of drive from my house but it’s worth it! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The place is well sanitized and calming atmosphere. It’s also cheaper than many other vet clinics. They used to be open seven days a week which was great in case of an emergency ( and not going to an actual an emergency hospital and spending double). I think they are closed on Thursdays and Sundays now. We’ll be coming back!

This is the second place I have followed Dr. Beth Achille to. My husband and I (and our pup) LOVE seeing her. She doesn’t rush you and listens to all of your concerns to make sure she addresses everything before you leave. This place was clean and cute, and the front desk staff and technician were so kind as well.

The receptionist claire is really nice and helpful. The times I've called she always answers and tries doing the most to help me out. I do wish they had more doctors available it always seems to be over booked.

My husband and I have been taking our fur babies since our girl was a a puppy and we've always gotten really great care. Randall Road works hard to keep all the good people there who truly care for the well being of the animals. Even in the midst of a lot of changes, they do their best to communicate with their patients. I always tell family and friends who want the best care for their pets to bring them to Randall Road. They always answer every question and concern we have. We can always call and expect a return call and they even go further if we have to send pictures for better understanding. We just absolutely love the care our fur babies get here. Very compassionate environment. Thank you so much for all you do!

I recently had to experience the terrible ordeal of putting a pet down. To say that I felt anxiety about the day, is an understatement.RRAH was incredibly supportive on the day and since. Their nurses and technicians made sure myself and my pet were well taken care of and supported. The vet (I feel awful I can’t remember her name) listened to my story of how I adopted him and made sure that I knew he would be taken care of.Since then, I’ve received condolences from the wonderful staff and other check-ins.Through one of the worst times, RRAH was kind and loving, which brought me some peace knowing that my sweet boy, Bubs, was cared for every step of the way across the rainbow bridge. ♥️

Do not bring your pets here. They will be mismanaged and forgotten about! Brought our dog in who ended up having cancerous lumps. Upon going in and removing lumps, the doctor threw away our sample then tried telling us that we told him to throw it away! Who would consent to a potentially cancerous sample being thrown away? Wouldn't any compassionate pet owner want to know if their dog's lumps are cancerous? Why would we tell him to throw away the sample and not have it sent in? Make it make sense. You cant. Tried playing hot potato with blame all over his staff and even tried blaming US, blaming everyone BUT HIMSELF. Low and behold that sample ended up being cancerous and we didn't find that out till 6 months after a new lump appeared. Yeah no thanks. Reception has no empathy and are just as rude. Hm I wonder why all the other vets jumped ship? It's clear this doctor is overworked or something.

I’ve been a customer over 11 years. My dog needs a medication that I can purchase through Petmeds 75% off the price from vet. In January 2022 a policy change, Vet will no longer fill prescriptions with any online pharmacy. Fine. I understand. I received a paper script which had to be mailed to Petmeds . 2 weeks went by. My mailed prescription was lost. I called Vet to get a one time courtesy to ok the prescription from Petmeds. The office girl sad NO! I could pick up another script, purchase 2weeks from them or fill it with THEIR online pharmacy. I started this order from Petmeds on August 13 2022. Today is September 22 2022. So I asked to speak to office manager. She was not available, so I left a message. Never received a return call. I’m done. I’m a long time customer. My 2 dogs received their shots and checkup and labs. My bill would had been near 700$ I had a credit. And TG my husband is a senior. 558.00. That’s a lot of money to me and most people. With that. I will be in search of a veterinarian with compassion for their pet patients, it’s not always about the money.Sandra Brady

Wrongfully diagnosed my dog for years. She had an obvious toenail infection that was casuing a whole slew of other symptoms and their only response was "sometimes nails grow like that" and "sometimes dogs get tired when they turn 6". Went to a new vet and they were mortified at how bad they had let her get.

Would give zero. Customer service is lacking. They are always "booked" I had an emergency 3 months ago I called ahead as my husband is driving me and out dog, receptionist tells me they have no vet on call so I have to go somewhere else. 3 months later we tried to go for our follow up except they cancelled it on us. Will not be going back.
