Worst experience ever. I always have to wait for blood draw (45+ min) and they are usually rude. Last time they refused service because the doctor’s order wasn’t good enough??? I went to lab corp and was done in less than 5 min from the time I parked my car. Avoid this so-called lab. They are terrible!

Denied service despite a valid doctor’s order. Called their main number and still nothing has been done. Of course this will affect my possible treatment but they couldn’t care less. Incompetent and rude.

Made an appointment online. Went half an hour earlier and was pleasantly surprised that there was nobody there (morning time). I checked in and was taken in within maybe 3 minutes. The lady phlebotomist was very nice and talkative. It was a very smooth and quick visit.

Made an appointment online, checked in on my phone once I arrived, was in and out in under 10 minutes. Great experience!

Rude staff allowed me to check in 20 minutes before close wait there and told me they wouldn’t perform the testing

I despise this place. They are disorganized from thier app thru the physical location. App and website is so buggy it’s usually unusable. No way to talk to human. Their wait room check in kiosk has broken I.d. Reader. The staff are stiff and rude. They look for slightest thing wrong w your paperwork to refuse your blood tests. Lab corp down the street is amazing all across the board. If there’s an issue , they will call your doc on the spot for clarification. I only go to quest bcuz I need a recurring test that Labcorp can’t do. Avoid quest at all costs if you want to be treated humanely and want to actually see your test results online

Great staff. Horrible employee treatment. All I'm going to say. These ladies and gentlemen deserve better.

After reading the reviews for the Kenosha location I got very scared and cancelled with them. Then I checked the Google reviews for The Crystal Lake location. Those did not fill me with much confidence. However I needed to do a blood draw so that I could donate breast milk to Mother's Milk Bank. My appointment was for 2:00, I was in and out by 2:10. The blood draw was not bad at all and the woman who did it was very nice. She found a vein pretty quickly and only had to poke me once where I'm usually a difficult poke.

Worst customers service ever. Unfortunately I had to visit without appointment, and they decided to not take any walk ins despite the fact that there were no appointment check ins for more than 40 minutes, they were laughing and joking inside instead of taking walk ins. I would drive farther instead of coming back.

I do not recommend this place to visit. I had an appointment, but I was not accepted. The staff was very unfriendly.

The places appointment system is a lie. They don't employee receptionist and the people don't ask for your confirmation , that the phone gives you they just say there's nothing!!! I feel like a receptionist would be helpful.*** the tech I saw was excellent though and I didn't have to wait too long!

Technician said test would take 48 hours..Website 1-3 days. Going on day 4 and now I am getting responses that it may take 7. If you need a test in a timly manner look other places.

Glad they are open at 7AM. Results came in quickly. I have a rash in the area where the blood draw was done, will see if it goes away in another day.

Check-in is terrible by tablet in the waiting room only. If there is a problem with check-in, there is no one to talk to. You get a number and it doesn't appear on the wait screen so you're not sure if it even took. They keep taking people way past what they could possibly handle before closing. 18 people were ahead of me an hour before they closed and I had already sat there for an hour and only 3 people within the hour I waited were seen. But they kept letting that waiting room get filled anyway. More people were coming in as I left. Maybe it just Quest. I have to get drug tested regularly for work and this is the worst I've seen in 25 years!
