Service is great, I just wish they had a bigger store, more stuff. I wish they put the time in to clean some stuff up. I imagine they just want to turn around stock. I get it. One example is the baseball bats. I might be more inclined to buy something that's been cleaned up vs something that looks like it say in someone's garage for years. Same with the gloves. A quick wipe with a rag and cleaner or conditioner would go a long way in my opinion.

I've been in a number of PIAS, and they're more often than not disheveled or crowded; this wasn't at all. I was looking for hockey equipment, and they had a decent amount, but not exactly what I was looking for. Staff was friendly, but not on top of you either.

Wide selection of used golf clubs and very helpful. Among the things that I purchased was a driver that I ended up not needing. They had no problem with exchanging the driver for two clubs that I did need.

I bought a used baseball glove for my 8 year old son. I didn’t get the guy’s name behind the counter but he was great. Helped get him the best size that was available and tried out a few options. Appreciate the great service.

Traded in some of my kid’s lacrosse gear and picked up some wrestling gear. Love this place. As my kids want to try new sports this place allows me to trade in there old stuff for new things. They give you fair price for your stuff. At least I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of me.

Great customer service! Have bought many things from this location, but recently purchased a new mitt for my son in the last two months. The strings broke during a tournament over the weekend, so I took the glove in today. Without hesitation they replaced the mitt on the spot without me even asking. Service like this is why I keep coming back.

Thank you so much, Bri!! My son got a new pair of ski boots last year here and this year, it looked like he already outgrew them. I brought them in so I could trade in and trade up, but Bri said she would see if extending the tops would work first. She fixed them and they were perfect. I went to pay for her work and she said “nope- they’re your boots, just glad to help!” I am so glad I bought my sons ski equipment there last year!I will certainly always come back to Play It Again Sports for my kiddos snow sport needs!

I have never shopped at this store before. I was pleasantly suprised with how helpful Jason was. I was there to purchase wrestling shoes for my son and Jason was very knowledgeable and really helpful. I will definitely go back!!

Been coming here since I was a kid in the 90s. Just popped in last night to pick up some golf balls, and got to chat with the owner Bob for a bit. Really nice guy, super accommodating, a true go-to small business owner who cares about his customers and his business. 15/10 would recommend shopping here for all your sporting goods needs!
