The staff is so kind and welcoming. Miss Madeline is AMAZING. She is so knowledgeable. We are so confident with the care she provides our son. It will be bittersweet when our son no longer needs PT because we will be missing our visits as they really are so beneficial. Would very much recommended Rush Kids PT in Crystal Lake!

I was nervous about brining my three month old twins for PT. My twins have had the pleasure of working with Julia, Amanda and Madeline. All three have taken wonderful care of my babies. We started noticing a difference in their torticollis at home within one month of weekly sessions. The facility has been easy to work with and accommodating my twins. Highly recommend!

We are so thankful for the staff at Rush Kids Pediatric. Both of my boys have needed different therapies at different times, and their treatment here has been excellent. Everyone is helpful, kind, and treats us like family.

I can’t say enough good things about Miss Madeline, DPT and RUSH kids. Ms. Amanda and Miss Madeline evaluated my son for PT and we were able to get him started right away. We come the same day and time every week so it’s easy to fit into your schedule. My 3 year old loves coming and has made progress working with Miss Madeline. She gives great suggestions for working on exercises at home and is open to hearing about my concerns. I would definitely recommend coming here if your kiddo needs any type of therapy!

My son has been coming here for speech therapy and Taylor is great. My son loves his time there and I feel well informed on how we as a family can aid his progress. Clear recommendations and very understanding of needs.

I love everything about this business! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. My son comes here for speech and ABA therapy and the therapists are the best! We have been coming here for 6 years and never had a bad experiences.

My daughter has been coming here for multiple services for over 7 years. Can't imagine sending her to anyone else. Amanda, Brittany, Maggie, and the rest of the staff treat her and the rest of my family with the upmost care and respect. My daughter has numerous struggles, and may have many of those struggles forever, but I know without a shadow of a doubt they have helped her in every phase of her life. I would 100% recommend this AMAZING team to anyone in need of these pediatric therapy services.

I have been taking my daughter here for the past 7 years. She receives PT, Speech, and OT for hip dysplasia, apraxia, and low tone. She has made such strides and is able to do things I wasn't sure if she'd ever be able to. They communicate back and forth with school to make sure they are on the same page. I feel like they are like family.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. Miss Delaney is so good (and fun) with our child. My complaint is that the waiting room constantly smells like cigarette smoke. Makes the clean environment seem dirty.

Novacare Kids in Crystal Lake has been fabulous to work with! My son has a great rapport with his OT, Jarrett, and we have seen major strides and improvement! I would recommend the OT at Novacare, especially with Jarrett to anyone in need for their child! Super happy and great experience!

Everyone on their staff is amazing! My daughter has been going to multiple therapies for a few years. She’s a teen now and loves going there, she currently does PT,OT, ABA, and speech. The staff is the best of the best. Huge facility with great hours and flexibility! Love this place!!

My son, Andrew, receives physical therapy at NovaCare Kids and they have been wonderful! Everyone is so nice and work very well with kids of all ages. I feel like all my questions are being answered and I am able to repeat the exercises I have been taught at home with Andrew. I highly recommend NovaCare Kids!

Brittany (OT) is AMAZING!!! She has worked so well with my son and assisted us and his teachers in improving his behaviors. Brittany has been an awesome communicator with my son's teachers and us. We have all worked as a team to ensure that my son is set up for success.

NovaCare staff are compassionate and understanding to needs of a child and work collaboratively with Doctors and Parents to have meaningful therapy sessions.
