Love Love Love Sue Nelson! She has done absolutely everything for me! I found this place after needing a watch engraved on the back for my boss. No ONE would do this engraving until I found Sue. She did the engraving for like $10, and it looked awesome. I then went back to her to update my wedding rings for a push present. I can't even explain everything she did for me. She absolutely went above and beyond, helping me design it! We combined my wedding and engagement ring together, and it turned out AMAZING! I'm so sad Sue is retiring, but I definitely will still use this jewelry store for all my jewelry purchases.

Just had a watch repaired there. They could have totally ripped me off but they didn't. So, certainly an honest business in those terms. For years I've had them adjust rings and do my watch batteries.

Nelson’s was a company that my family used for years, even my grandpa. Not anymore. My mother had two pieces of jewelry made costing well over a thousand dollars. The man at the counter said he would give us 20% off because we were getting two expensive pieces made. When my mother went to pick it up the owners rude wife said that the 20% off should of never happened and didn’t honor what they had originally promised. Low class owners who do not respect their customers. We now go to studio d in Woodstock exclusively because They don’t treat us like animals.

I've brought a couple of watches in for sizing over the years. This morning I brought in a gold chain I thought I had ruined and they fixed it on the spot! Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service. This was my first time at Nelson's and they treated me with such kindness. They didn't rush me or push me at all. They took the time to let me browse and try on as many rings as I wanted to. It was such a fun experience! I didn't feel pressured at all. The nice gentleman helping me told me pros and cons of each style, without favoring the more expensive rings. I am so happy with my decision to shop here for a wedding band and I found the perfect one! I will update my review when my ring comes in. Highly highly highly recommend shopping at Nelson's!

Honestly and integrity along with great customer service is the reason this store has been open for so many years. Quality is outstanding and pricing very competitive with personalized service, so very helpful. Repairs are excellent, and they will not attempt to repair an item that may be beyond repair out of scope for their store or temporary fix. There is a plethora of options to use good stones to set in a new piece, so create a new heirloom? Yes, please!!

They refused to fix my ring giving many excuses why they couldn’t fix it. I’m guessing g because the monetary value is insignificant. I took it to Dalzell and they did a GREAT job.

I would choose Nelson’s hands-down over any other jewelry store. We have made several purchases and “never” have we felt rushed. Trust is an important factor when working with a jeweler - and Sue and Bob Nelson have ours!
