Very dishonest people. Broke off their camera in my central vacuum system and didn’t tell me. Paul, the president of the company, has ignored close to a dozen calls from me attempting to resolve amicably and professionally. Will need to take legal action. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I can’t think of a time these folks haven’t been able to diagnose a vacuum repair or tell me just what carpet solution would fix my problem. Today I walked In With a 45 yr old Electrolux canister vacuum beater bar wand whose clip trigger fell apart. Mr Foreman never disappoints!! After a few moments comes out with a whole wand that they had to replace it and ‘get me back in business!!!’ TY TY TY!

These guys are great! Thought maybe I would have to buy a new vacuum. It was only clogged and they didn’t charge me anything to unclog it. I don’t know any business that do much free of charge any more. Thank you!!

Items purchased were not items sent. Vacuum Store substituted alternate merchandise without consulting me. Merchandise does not fit my needs. Will not shop here again. Can return but I have to pay return shipping for their mistake. Very expensive to ship. Will use Amazon next time, it's easier and cheaper. Tried to support local business and failed.

I’ve always been happy with the sales people here but needed a repair on a Dyson this time. Told me couple weeks to clean. I called and he said he would check and call back. Called and said I could pick up tomorrow. When I picked up he said it would be $160 . I said WOW! He rudely said we’ll we called and told you that! I paid . I left but looked closer at vacuum. Yellow spots on hose. I knew I didn’t have yellow spots on mine. I went back in and asked if this was mine. He was extremely disrespectful , yelling at me. Stating they don’t mix up vacuums. I was shocked how a customer could be treated. Come to find out he might be the owner. Sad to say they lost a customer and will not recommend them to anyone with that attitude towards a payingcustomer. Unacceptable!!

I've had systems installed from here for several homes. The owner and service people are great. You can brand new and refurbished equipment here. They have a large internet presence and you can buy on-line. Right off Rt-14/Northwest Hwy, located on the 1st floor. Easy to see from the street and next to the gas station on the corner with traffic light. Ample parking. I would recommend this store, and keep going back.

I have an older Kenmore canister vac that still runs great, but a piece of plastic on the neck broke rendering it unusable. We weren't able to find a replacement part online and the generic equivalents (which might not work) were pricing over $120.I brought it into Mid America. They were able to find the part, repair it quickly, and only charged me $60 - over half of that for the part.The customer service was great, attentive, and personal. I highly recommend.

This place was fabulous. The service was great. Knowledgable, fast delivery, good price . I only wish that they dealt in more products like Amazon because they were so fantastic especially when compared to the dismal state of service in the past few years. Highly recommend them.

I originally made an online purchase of a Beam system from another site. When they called to say they it was out of stock, I was told I could purchase a more expensive unit of a different brand. I asked them to cancel my order at which time I was rudely treated and eventually had to have my credit card company handle the credit return.I mention all this because the service and generosity that I received from Paul at Mid America Vacuum was exceptional. It is rare to have a buying experience that is so personal and and enjoyable. Delivery was extremely fast which isn’t always the case lately.We run both and online business and a retail business and appreciate the effort that a business such as this takes. I highly recommend purchasing from Mid America Vacuum.
