I did not have an appointment.. Jose helped me get a transfer pin... he took time to explain many aspects of the new phone and was friendly very thorough and knowledgeable and I know he will be here to help with his costumer service experience

Never go on the weekends customer service is very confusing. The sale lady tried her best and kept getting the run around. Hate to say it but it's the truthVery nice store clean and nicely displayed phonesAs a store it's great! That is why I gave it 5 stars!!

I was in Crystal lake and it says it's closes at 8pm which is in correct I pulled up to the door and and it's alot different hours then what they have on the inter net

Their hours are incorrect on their Google places, drove all the way to the store to find out they close at 5pm instead of 6pm. TEERIBLE customer service from Maria. I arrived there at 4:50ish and was asked by Maria the reason I was there today. I told her that I was getting a new line (new activation) and she said she closed at5 PM and that she had another customer to help to activate a new line for them. I asked if there was anyway she could help out to activate the new line since the website said they close at six (so I was still under the impression that they closed at six). She said I’m going to help someone else activate a line and I close at five. Therefore, I’ll take my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service and rude Associate! P.S. They also take forever to answer the phone!!!!!

Well i was here this morning at 1030 to get a new phone and it says they open at ten and I've waited quite a while but I guess they don't open til later or something

Our Phone number got stolen from Boost Mobile and put onto Metro, the customer service at the location was phenomenal and I would recommend going to this location

This is the WORST customer service store I've ever been to!! I had a faulty phone that was less then a year old. I was told I'd have to deal with Samsung to get it fixed. They were COMPLETELY wrong, I called T-mobile from their parking lot and within 20 mins had a new phone being shipped because it was STILL under T-Mobile's warranty!! I will NEVER go back to this store amd will only frequent the one off of Randal Rd. In Algonquin!! Their customer service almost cost T-Mobile 5 lines!! I wish I could give 0 stars

When you go online the Google says they are open until 5pm. I am here now. It's 1pm, it's dark inside and the doors are locked. You need to update the hours to reflect when you're really open, I just wasted time and gas for nothing!!!!
