Adam and the rest of the staff were awesome! No pressure, honest answers, worked with us to get us the 2 vehicles we wanted in our price range. After the sale, they are great about addressing any concerns we had about the vehicles pre-purchase, took care of all the paint chips/dents on both vehicles and ordered a new windshield to replace the damaged one. My wife and I love our new vehicles! Looking forward to working with them in the near future, my daughter will need a vehicle in the next few years, she's NOT getting either of ours!

1. We talked to a sales rep on the phone, the day before to let them know we planned on coming in first thing in the morning to test drive the 2019 Chevy Equinox premium edition and most likely purchase it. We got there 20 minutes after opening and they had dealer plates on it and were sending it to another dealership saying it was sold. Two days later they call and say the deal didn't go through. So, because we really wanted that one, we came in the next day to check it out and purchased it. 2. We purchased the paint Protectant for $1200 and found out it can be only applied 1 more time after 5 years within a 30 day window. 3. Went to have the oil change done and they did not fill up the window washer fluid.

I have purchased many cars in my 43years of driving. There aren't many people that find this activity enjoyable. We were looking for a 4WD truck to tow a work trailer. We made a stop in East Dundee to work with a salesman that needed to "Google" on his phone answers to my questions. When sitting after a test drive to talk $$$$, the price was immediately $2000. more than the advertised price. Bye Bye,.... next stop Martin Chevy in Crystal Lake. We immediately started looking for their advertised used Silverado in the lot. Dreading working with another "used car" salesman, we kept our heads down. That didn't deter Ed from coming out and introducing himself to us. Within 5 min of talking with Ed Mouton, we knew we were working with someone who actually cared that we found the perfect vehicle for our needs and within our price range. He took the time to work with us and show us absolutely every aspect of this Silverado truck from where to insert the key to how the trailer package works. We were out of there within 2hours pleased as can be. Working with the "finance guy" in any dealership is another depressing aspect. Working with James Dunn in finance was a breeze. To leave a dealership smiling, and feeling good about the transaction and not "worn out and exhausted" is like a breath of fresh air. We drove 20 miles each way to work with these folks and hope to purchase all of our vehicles here. Don't waste your time shopping around, go here FIRST!! Have a vehicle in mind, call ahead, I would bet Ed could find your perfect vehicle for you! Thank you for everything!!! ( although you're too far for us to take advantage of lifetime car washes lol)

Overall good experience. Joel was a good guy to work with, so was Phil. Didn't pressure us into buying a car and made us feel comfortable. Wish they could of gave more for the trade in as it's on the site for 10k more but it is what it is. They gotta make money too. Wouldn't recommend any other GM in the area as the rest are shit compared to these guys but everyone has different experiences.

Joel and the whole team were fantastic, no haggling needed. Got a great price on my trade and bought the Truck I wanted without the nonsense you usually experience buying a car. Was definitely worth the drive, would absolutely buy my next truck or car there again.

this place is terrible!!! do not use them for anything. i was recently scammed at this location and the vice president would not even call me back to correct the situation, i have never been treated like that before anywhere else and i have had bad experiences before. people you need to pay attention to the work they are doing on your cars and trucks they are scamming people into paying for services they do not need!!!!!!

After a few months of looking we finally found the car we wanted here at Martin Chevrolet. We had a specific car in mind. It had to be a 16 or 17 Tahoe and it had to be white or gray. We found several in the Chicago land area but ended up walking away due to poor customer service. After almost giving up our search we found 2 Tahoes. One 15 minutes in Naperville and the other more than one hour away in Crystal Lake at Martin Chevrolet. Both dealerships were professional but Martin Chevrolet was the most transparent. Our salesman Martin Arliskas was great. He was very patient and did not try to force us into buying the car; like all the other dealerships we went too. He listened to what we had to say and worked with us to obtain an agreement. He was very transparent and showed us the Car-fax and all the maintenance that was done to the vehicle. He provided us copies of all paper work before purchase. Other Chevy dealerships had a hard time providing this to us. Adam also took the time to pair our iPhones to the car and go over all the functions and safety features the car came with. I can't say enough about my experience here. This place is clean, and everyone there was very professional. The long drive was worth it! I would definitely recommend buying your next car here at Martin Chevrolet. Don't forget to ask for Adam Arliskas 2021 salesman of the year!!!!!!

This dealership is a big no. Two negative experiences is enough.Our first experience was trying to test drive a new Colorado. They couldn't find the keys to it for an hour. We finally left. We did buy our Colorado elsewhere.The second experience was much more misleading. They had a Saturn Sky on consignment. On a Monday I went in and test drove it. Told the salesman I was very interested. Asked him how long it had been on the lot and he said about a month. Left my contact info and told him we would be back as soon as my husband had some free time, so we could make an offer.The next day I stopped at the dealership to ask for the Carfax report and to check to make sure the recalls had been handled. It was gone. I walked into the showroom and asked if had been sold. The guy behind the desk said yes, last night. When I mentioned no one had called me, he used the excuse that six or so people had been "looking at it" over the weekend. Like that makes it okay. First it's on the lot for a month, then it sells overnight? Plus, with the amount of people in that showroom who had nothing going on, they couldn't make six or so phone calls to tell people the car was gone?This whole thing smacks of we just want our money and we couldn't care less about customers. Your dealership has lost our business forever (I am going to be buying a new SUV next year), and we will not hesitate to tell others about our experiences.Perhaps it's time to look into some customer service procedures. (I worked in the customer service industry for over 43 years. Not making that follow up phone call costs business and sets you up for angry customers and bad reviews.)

I’m so thankful for the service department, I have a Honda but I do my car repairs here. They match any competitors coupons and are always honest about what I need. THANK YOU!!!
