Almost everything inside this gas station was purchased from another nearby store and it is probably expired. Staff are cool AF though.

I rarely give a low score on my first visit.. but the kid that worked there on may 19th at 630pm, Needs to be straight up fired.. he was a negative person to begin with and this older lady walks in and asks for help at the pump and he just scoffs at her and and goes back to his cell phone.. I ended up helping her.. and then he said something to another guy who call him a douc**.. all of that within 5 minutes

Kuddos to the kind employees of this place for being so helpful and patient while I dealt with an emergency flat tire while dealing with 5 kids on board. Will patronize this place more often in the future hopefully without the flat tire this time!

I dont live in crystal lake but stopped here after going to the beach. Prepaid for gas and bought other other items including oil. After putting the oil in my car, I forgot to pump the gas and left. Realizing I forgot to pump the gas half way home. The next day I called but the manager wasnt in. I talked to the manager the following day. He said to bring the receipt in. I told him I didnt live in the area. He just told me there was nothing he could do. Im sorry but you have cameras. Theres always something you can do!

Hey good place to go when the other gas stations are busy. Always good coffee in the AM. It is on the corner of an intersection but fairly easy to get out .of the parking lot which is not very big.
