Walked in and only had a few minutes wait before getting my nails done. Was offered a free drink while waiting and received great service and gel manicure!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My dip nails only lasted a week and a half!! My first one broke after 3 days while cleaning, so I thought that it may have been my fault, then several continued to break when not doing anything out of the ordinary. Not to mention, when I left they hustled me for a bigger tip and made me feel so uncomfortable. I just recently moved here from down south, and I’m not used to being treated like that. If my nails had lasted, I could have dropped the tip issue.. but never in my life have I had DIP nails last a week and a half.. I am baffled.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! ?

????‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️❌❌Worst nails I’ve EVER had done. Paid full price - after I paid an employee asked me if something was wrong. I said I’m not going to lie they are bad and look lumpy.(Even the guy who did my nails I told him they didn’t look right.) The employee looked at my nails and just kept saying OMG. Omg. OMG. Omg. With no solution. Left that place and had to go somewhere else for them to fix the acrylic and polish- worst mistake ever going to this place ??????‼️‼️‼️‼️❌❌

Disappointed. Wanted a simple dip nail with a French tip. I couldn’t even count how many dips were done but these nails are so thick. Thicker than acrylics! Every nail a different shape and jagged.. The color tones didnt even match, I had to go back in to have them fix color and then reshape at home myself. So sad. I chose this place because of all the good ratings and I did not have a good experience. People were nice. But that doesn’t make up for the nails.

Horrible experience, doesn’t deserve any stars. The one woman was extremely sweet as we came in but one man was so incredibly rude!!!!! We were instructed by the woman to pick out a color as I was taking my younger daughter for a pedicure for her birthday. We were seated, picked out a pedicure package for each of us and both set to go with our feet in the water. Already waiting 10 minutes with her feet in the water, my daughter patiently waited for someone to come do her nails as she was so excited for her pedicure and only treated to this on specials occasions. The man walked in the pedicure area yelling no, no, no! Very loud which startled my daughter thinking she did something wrong. Then he came over to us asked if she was getting a pedicure which I said yes too (obviously) and that we already picked out our color and pedicure package. He then proceeded to tell me he will just paint them quick. I told him no, she is getting a spa package as a birthday present. Mind you… I asked if they could take us and they said yes they had openings. If they couldn’t they should of said they couldn’t and not had us pick out packages for pedicures. The entire point of going was because it was one of my daughters birthday treats. I even said that I didn’t need one and the lady could just do my daughters instead but the man still refused to let that happen and said no that he would only polish them that there was not enough time!!!! How didn’t they have time when they were just about to give me a pedicure?! I do really appreciate how sweet the woman was and tried to be but the way the other worker acted was unacceptable just because he didn’t want to do a kids pedicure!

The guy did whatever he wanted with my nails pretty much. Even though I told him that’s not how I wanted them! I also felt like he was rushing. Will never be back.
