Not sure about all these complaints. I have a blood draw here every month - every time I come in without an appointment and Im done within 5-15 min.

Would give zero stars if I could. The scheduling process was overly complicated. The lab technician was nice enough and got me in and out but she was a terrible phlebotomist. PLEASE get yourself a watermelon to practice on! I had a raised bump at the injection site. My husband who never bruises had a huge black and blue mark and raised bump at the injection site that looked like a bug bite. She took a walk-in patient before taking my husband who had a scheduled appointment . She also wore the same gloves between patients. Surprising that someone deemed her competent enough to do this professionally. Four hours after the blood draw and we could still see the hole in my husband's arm where the needle entered - raised, red & bruised.

Komal is the best. Waited maybe 5 minutes after self check in. First attempt to blood draw was successful. Asked several times about my comfort. No pain. No bruise. Definitely will be returning! Thank you!

No one answers the phone, No one responds to voice messages left at this number. Is this an actual office? If so, shame on LabCorp for allowing this to operate in this manner. LabCorp was my go-to for laboratory services when I lived in Nevada - top-quality all the way. Apparently I will need to find a different provider here in my area.

Horrible. How are they going to say they are open until 12pm on Saturdays and then be closed all day Saturday. Maybe try updating your hours of operation on your website. Never trying here again.

I didn't have any of the problems other people have had at the crystal lake location. Arrived a half an hour before my appointment and checked in online and had no problem giving the necessary sample. Took about 15mins and the nurse was very nice. Thanks for reading.

Think they might be closing this location. Scheduled a 1030am appointment for this morning. Texted to check in when I pulled into the parking lot as instructed. Waited approx 45 minutes with NO response so I finally walked inside to find the door was locked, lights are all turned off and nobody showed up for work today.I had to stop taking a specific medication for 2 weeks prior to this appointment and now have to start all over again at square one. It’s just my medical well being, no big deal.

The lady who works there all by herself does an amazing job with a smile on her face. I go to this Labcorp because of her and I wouldn't go to a closer one because she is the best. She is fast, curtious and a great blood drawer as many cannot get me or my son. Highly recommend her.

Appeared run down, outdated, had 7 people in a 8x12 waiting room, no air circulation, no one staffed at the front desk. Terrible covid precautions for a health care facility. Appointments should be spaced out to minimize people in the waiting room and no guests should be allowed if the facility is so tiny.

They texted and told me that they had extra time for me to come in and get my test today. Got there and had to wait 1+ hours. They only had 1 person working and it seemed like she did not care. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

Do not waste your time with this absolutely unprofessional lab!!!After 6 days of waiting for my drug test, I called them and I was told that my test was canceled, because they was missing my signature, however on my copy it is.REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE!STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAB
