I accidentally backed into a rock and ended up with a small dent on my passenger-side door, which made an annoying sound whenever I opened or closed it. I brought it to Herrick Body Shop and was greeted by a friendly staff member who took a quick look and knew exactly what to do. They were super helpful and even gave me options to keep the costs down. It’s refreshing to find an honest and kind place like this in the auto service industry. My family and I will definitely be back if we ever need more work done!Great service. Highly recommend!!!

This is an auto body shop that truly CARES! I cannot commend on how much Chuck, the owner, has assisted me with my ordeal. My jeep was rear ended around July and after going back and forth with SNAKE farm (my insurance) and at-fault party's Progressive insurance, Chuck was the only one that was in constant communication with me! Insurances are all a big scam!
State Farm tried to install and old and rusty frame on my 2021 Jeep; Chuck rejected the frame so they ended up totaling my Jeep. If I had gone to one of their "in network" body shop; for sure that shop would of installed a not suitable frame for sure. Thank you Chuck for caring and assisting me throughout these past 2 months! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BODY SHOP!

Best bodyshop I've ever worked with by far. Chuck and his crew do great work, make you car look good as new, and somehow save you money while doing it. I will never take my car anywhere else again. They've earned me as a life long customer, I highly recommend going here with any bodywork whether insurance is involved or not they will take care of you.

Brought my truck in today after an accident. Josh was incredible to work with, and he went above and beyond to assist me and make sure my truck was safe for myself and my family! He got me back on the road within an hour! If i could give more than 5 stars, i would! God bless!

Had to have my car door fixed. It needed to be sanded down and repainted. I was worried about it not matching my car. I can't even tell work was done. The car LOOKS amazing and they cleaned to inside before I picked it up. The customer service is top notch. Chuck and his team are amazing and they know what they are doing. We will always be customers at Herrick's!! I will be telling everyone to go here for service (the price was extremely reasonable also). Thank you for the amazing service Chuck and team members. You all went above and beyond!

My trunk was stuck and wouldn’t open for years. I finally decided to get it fixed when my brake light went out and I had no way of changing it otherwise. I went to the Hyundai dealership and they had no idea what to do and said I would have to leave my car with them for 3 days and it would cost at least $400.
I decided to take it to Herrick and they got the trunk open in 2 hours for a low cost of $130 AND fixed my brake light for free.
The owner, Chuck is so kind. I’ve had my share of bad experiences with auto shops especially being a female, but he treats his customers as equals! Couldn’t recommend Herrick enough!

Brought my Jeep in for a fender repair and also had them apply a ceramic coating. My Jeep looks better than the day I bought it. Cannot give Herrick any higher comments or accolades. They are fair, friendly, give phenomenal service, and are some of the nicest people you can work with. Lifelong customer here!!!

We've had a number of cars fixed at Herrick over the last 15-20 years, and our latest experience was great like all the others.
The repaired parts of the car are like new, paint matches, fit and finish is excellent. I'm particular about my cars, and they always live up to my expectations. Vanessa and Chuck were great in navigating a couple of auto insurance hurdles as well.

Glad I chose and trusted herrick with my silverado. They went above and beyond for me. Customer service and communication was excellent. The work they did on my truck that was damaged from front to back along the entire right side was executed perfectly, the attention to detail and perfection blew my mind. I am truly greatful for this shop. They definitely earned a lifetime Customer out of me.

I just picked up the third vehicle that had serviced at Herrick Auto Body. I would jot take my auto repair service anywhere else.The quality if service, warmth of staff, detailed information about repairs, communication with insurance company and relationships with customers is like nothing I have experienced at any other auto body in Mc Henry County.
