Very disappointed and may unenroll due to the pool being closed. This doesn't provide the services we agreed to with no decrease in dues. If Huntley pool can be open, so can Crystal Lake.

They have cancelled my appointments on numerous occasions; even pre-pandemic. They will schedule the appointment, then call back a few days later to cancel. Then they will typically say that they don’t have any other openings available for the times I need for an extended period of time. I would NOT recommend spa services with Health Bridge.
