Details of the items we needed for an extra guest bedroom were fantastic. We were able to order 2 different items and they were delivered promptly when they said they would be. Walking into a showroom with no one there was a little weird but we had no problems finding what we were looking for.

The store name says it all. We were able to test various mattress and firmness options without a salesperson's input. After choosing a mattress, the ordering and delivery process went smoothly. From testing mattresses to sleeping on one in our home took four days.

Mattress that we ordered is not the same quality that we received. The mattress that we received is 10x softer and has a crater hole in the middle that we sink into. Cannot get a hold of anyone that will actually help. Trying to return or exchange the mattress is the HASSLE! Also, dont order the sheets, the fitted sheets do not fit the thickness of the mattresses they sell.

fine print... I was aware of the $78 fee for picking up the unwanted mattress, and if you do not exchange and just return it they take 15% off the price you pay. But the catch I didn't see is if you decide to exchange it it must be for a mattress of equal or greater value. Not right!! also it is pretty much impossible to take advantage of the matching price guarantee as most mattress companies have a set price they will sell at. And let's say you do, they start comparing tax rate to get out of actually doing something. And as stated by sales "Tempurpedic gets angry about places selling for less" So it's a guarantee they know they will never have to fulfill.

This was our first time ordering at HassleLess. I would highly recommend them for the following reasons; first of all, what a COOL concept! Browse and shop for mattresses without a salesperson following you around! These mattresses sell themselves. They only sell high quality brand mattresses at fair prices. The prices are clearly indicated on each mattress; whether mattress alone, with box spring (which by the way was free right now with the purchase of a mattress, and pricing for an adjustable. Another plus; delivery is free and also includes free removal of the old mattress and box spring set. When you order, you can do so on their kiosk which is very user friendly or you can call an associate who will take care of the ordering for you. Delivery is as soon as a day turn around, or you can schedule a later date. They will notify you the night before as to the 3 hour window time for delivery ( you cannot choose time frame, so be aware of that.) Ours was from 1-4pm, our delivery came at 1:10 which was great and the set up and removal was quick and professional. I would highly recommend HassleLess and will shop here again for our future mattress needs!

What a great way to mattress shop. We visited the store and were the only ones in the store. Tried out the various mattresses and then purchased it a few days later online and it was then delivered the next day. Everything went smoothly and the the delivery guys were on time as expected. The only thing was the guys came with no masks and especially with things ramping up I would expect that to be mandatory right now as a company policy.
